Hotel is clean and close to airport. Shuttle from airport was available without waiting.
AC fan was loud.You can hear noise from the hallways like door closing and so on.
Breakfast items heated in microwave in plastic bags, highly unhealthy.
Some of the front desk staff need more training on customer service while one person was very helpful.

The staff was very friendly, the rooms were nice. My only complaint is they offer a breakfast buffet in the morning but it was anything but that. It was very disappointing to discover that when you wake up hungry and then have to get transportation somewhere to eat breakfast. I believe they should update their ammentaties to reflect that.

I was very surprised at the fact that I was located on the first floor with many unruly children that were up running and playing with balls and making a mess without any adult supervision. The hallway was very dirty too.
