舒適套房飯店(Comfort Suites Granbury)

My husband and I were shocked by the sheer size of our room! It was bigger than any hotel room we’ve ever had. It was clean, and the bed was comfy. The staff were extremely welcoming and kind. The only issues we had was the renovation the hotel was doing caused it to be noisy at times, and the heater was hit or miss. During the day, we had to turn it up to keep the room warm, but at night, it would get too hot. It was challenging to find a comfortable temperature, and I did have some difficulty sleeping for this reason. Despite these issues, we enjoyed our stay. The hotel is in a good area with plenty of places around to eat and shop. Overall, I would recommend this property.

Their hot tub and swimming pool are awesome! Excellent breakfast! Rooms have great air conditioners, beds, and showers! The WiFi is fast! Everything is top notch!

The staff at this location has always been awesome (we have stayed here before). The music they play, the free cookies, all is great! The breakfast is hot and good and plentiful! Parking seemed secure and safe. There were a couple of minor issues that weren't too much a concern during our stay. We just mentioned them when we checked out and the staff was very gratious in apologizing and attending to the matters. Would definitely recommend staying here...we will again!

Everything was excellent about our stay. The room was large, comfortable, and clean. The breakfast bar was superb. The staff was personable. The facility had ample common areas to use. The location is excellent.

Oh My Gosh were those beds comfortable! Our first time at Comfort Suites in Granbury and it will be the only place we stay now. We go several times a year and have always stayed across the street at La Q and once on the other side of the lake at HI I believe but it's this place from here on. The place was immaculate, no more carpet but vinyl plank flooring in the rooms (and so new there wasn't a tissue holder in the bathroom yet, just a roll sitting on a shelf right next to the commode. But the beds, wow. Fluffy but with total support almost like a giant pillow of feathers but firmer. We did both need to "jump" up to get in bed and he's 6'4" and we giggled about that. They're a bit tall. Loved the place and staff was super friendly and sweet.

We stay at this hotel once a year and it has always been great. It is clean. The staff is friendly and very accommodating. The breakfast is great.

The staff was simply excellent. From check in at the front desk, to housekeeping and the attendant in the breakfast area. Very pleasant and professional. It's been a long time since we've experienced that level of sincere hospitality.

My stay was excellent. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable. It was nice because it was quite at night. The only thing I would suggest is to have a couple of water bottles in the room.

I was told the room had just been renovated. I guess the AC/heater unit was not part of that process. We turned it on and it rattled as if it had marbles in it. No way we were going to sleep with that on. No other rooms available and no maintenance person available. What the heck, we attempted to fix it ourselves. Pulled off the front and three large ice chunks fell out of it. Problem solved. You’re welcome, Choice Hotels. Down side, had to repeat the process a couple of times. The hotel was LOUD. Our room was on the first floor. We could hear everything the people in the next room were doing. Including cheering every sports team in existence and their kid singing George Michael’s Freedom over and over. Interesting choice, but no one bothered to teach him anything but that one word of the song. The laundry room was on the other side of us and that was loud too with the housekeeping staff banging on everything and the machines rattling. Came back for an afternoon nap after a night of getting up to fix the heat several times and all we heard was the staff slamming things around and debating if deaf people would be able to know that a fire alarm was going off. Put the deaf people in room 115. They’ll hear it. FREEDOM!
