特立尼達之家(La Casa de la Trinidad)

No contestan al teléfono al llamar a recepción. En un hotel de 4 estrellas no me parece normal y que además lo justifiquen sin razón diciendo que estaban fuera de recepción durante más de 10-15 minutos. Lounge no existe solo una pequeña barra alta de recepción con los ascensores y escaleras enfrente.

Es un hotel muy agradable y con mucho encanto. Todo de 10, empezando por la amabilidad y eficacia de las señoritas de la recepción. Camas comodísimas, insonorización impecable, desayuno espectacular, la señal wifi funciona muy bien... Y el entorno del hotel es precioso. Hosped**** en la Casa de la Trinidad ha sido, sin duda, un gran acierto

J'ai passé un très agréable séjour à Grenade. J'ai choisi de m'héberger dans ce magnifique hôtel boutique, très chic et plein de charme ! Il s'agit d'un ancien manoir refait à neuf, très accueillant et agréablement décoré. La casa de la Trinidad se trouve en plein centre ville (avec plusieurs restautants et magasins à proximité) à deux pas de la cathédrale. J'ai eu une chambre lumineuse et parfaitement insonorisée. Le matelas était de haute qualité. Le petit-déjeuner est delicieux, très riche et varié : décidement à ne pas rater. Tous les employés de l'établissement sont très aimables et résolutifs. Choisissez ce joli hôtel, vous n'y vous tromperez pas !

The rooms smelled like sewage, the AC would go off at night, the walls are paper thin and the area is very noisy due to trash surrounding the hotel- mornings at 2am and 5am you hear a lot of recycled bottles being tossed in trash bin. The safe box was broken and they did not have maintenance available during our stay. The bed was dirty upon our arrival and the staff was not pleasant. Would never come again but it could be worse

It's a very charming boutique hotel, very centrally-located. The matresses are very comfortable; breakfast is very rich and delicious! The staff is so kind and helpful. Great wifi. 100% recommendable, it's indeed one of the best options to stay in beautiful Granada.

Es un magnífico hotel en pleno centro de Granada. Ésta es la 2ª ocasión en la que me hospedo en este establecimiento (sabía adónde venía) y me he vuelto a ir muy satisfecho. Las habitaciones son extraordinarias, el colchón es comodísimo, la limpieza es impecable, la wifi funciona estupendamente y el desayuno es espectacular, una delicia todo. Además, el hotel ofrece bebidas y muy buenos aperitivos de forma gratuita a sus huéspedes. Tuvieron la cortesía de permitirme abandonar la habitación a la 1 de la tarde. Recomiendo el hotel al 200%.

그라나다 시내에 위치한 호텔로 편안한 잠자리와 매우 훌륭한 서비스를 제공합니다. 다른 분들께서 작성한 구글 리뷰에는 소음으로 인한 수면방해와 샤워기의 수압문제를 언급한 것들이 있었으나, 실제 1F에 숙박해보니 전혀 이러한 문제가 없었습니다. 체크아웃 후 다른 도시로 이동한 다음날에야 이전 호텔에 물건을 놓고 온것을 발견하여 라 카사 데 라 트리나드 호텔에 문의하였더니, 친절한 담당자분들께서 확인 하여, 머물고 있는 호텔로 특급소포를 이용하여 보내주셔서 무사히 수령하였습니다. 소포비용도 제가 지급하겠다고 하였으나 트리니나드 호텔에서 지불하여 다음날 받아 보았습니다. 친절하고 전문가들이 운영하고 있는 호텔로 다음번에 그라나다를 방문한다면 다시 숙박할 계획입니다.

We had to change our parking and it wasn’t explained that to do so it would take us over an hour because of all the one way narrow streets that you had to navigate around in Granada. We were only there for 2 days and if we had known we would have just stayed were we were. Not very helpful at front desk nor where we greeted or acknowledged when we first arrived. Personally, even if you are helping other guests, you can still take a second to welcome your new guests. My husband and I were so stressed after having to move our rental car to the other parking and I mentioned it to another person who was at the front desk after we returned from the parking garage with very little empathy. The bright part was a kind gentleman upon checkout took car of our parking after we told him of our frustration. Other than the complaint of the service at check-in, the hotel was beautiful and the breakfast great!
