Hotel Colonial Granada

Hotel muito bonito de arquitetura colonial, quarto espaçoso com ar condicionado mas sem frigorífico, ótima localização. Staff muito prestável e simpático, bom pequeno almoço à carta com três opções de escolha. Recomendamos e voltaríamos.

Das Hotel lebt von seiner Lage nur ca 150 Meter von derKathedrale entfernt. Der Service ist gut und es wurde sogar eine Massagekraft organisiert . Der Pool ist klein und auch das Zimmer ist so ne Sache. , da mein Raum kein Fenster hatte . Bei der Buchung war nichts zu lesen

Nous avions loué une chambre lit king, Grande chambre bien équipée et confortable, qui pourrait toutefois avoir un petit frigo. La décoration et les jardins autours des piscines étaient magnifique. Le déjeûner un des plus complet que nous ayons eu. La location est parfaite, au centre, mais calme. Dans la description de l'hôtel on mentionnait que le wi-fi n'était accessible que dans les aires communes, nous avons donc demande une chambre d'oû on pourrais avoir du wi-fi, et la chambre 10 qui nous a été assignée captait très bien le wi-fi

El hotel es muy bonito. La atención fue estupenda; desde la llegada el personal fue muy atento y cordial. Te ayudan en todo momento. Las instalaciones cumplieron totalmente nuestras expectativas. La ubicación del hotel es muy conveniente, esta cerca de los lugares más emblemáticos de la ciudad

We technically are not guests of this hotel, though it looks to be a beautiful property. But even the best looking places are only as good as their staff. And we want to comment on the wonderful and welcoming help we received twice from Laura at the front desk. Very friendly, smart, and kind. Couldn’t ask for someone better to represent a business. If we come back to Granada, we’ll consider staying here

Buena atención del personal , habitaciones grandes y aseadas. El baño estaba bien aseado. No todas las habitaciones tiene ventanas. El desayuno es muy bueno y bastante comida. La conexión internet puede ser inestable. No tiene parqueo solo sobre la calle frente al hotel y es una calle transitada. A pocos pasos del parque central, a 30mts de la calle peatonal.

Excellent facility. Extremely clean. Friendly and polite staff. Centrally located. I highly recommend. I would stay here again! Thank you for everything!

excellent place with tons of fun features and great service

Being well situated close to the square it is hard to imagine what awaits inside the walls, but as you enter reception all becomes clear. Very colonial and open to th elements in style the impression is good. Two small swimming pools are located on the ground floor, however there were only a few sunbeds, due to the lack of space. This wasn't a big deal during our visit as the other guests were busy sightseeing. Our room was spacious with two double beds, a dressing room then separate shower room and loo. However, due to the fact that it is an old building the room was very dark and the lighting did little to improve it so difficult to read in there. there was a hairdryer in the room but no safe. In addition during the night there was a lot of metallic noise and sounds similar to a trolley being wheeled around on the roof (we were on thesecond/top floor), so no idea what it was. Complained at reception and they did offer another room but my husband didn't want to move as he was in bed. (Room 33 - avoid. Outside the room was a bench which was nice to sit on in the early evening, overlooking oneof the pools. The hotel is on two floors but there is no lift. Staff were friendly and helpful and refilled our water bottles free of charge. Breakfast was very slow and served so you couldn't do anything to quicken it up, they were there before time but wouldn't start taking orders. Had to chase our pot of tea 3 times, then she brought coffe and continued to pour it into a cup as we said no we wanted tea!! There were 3 choices all which were good when they finally arrived. Overall a reasonable place, in a good position for visiting the sights but a few issues need addressing.
