埃爾蓋蒂青年旅舍(El Caite Hostel)

Se confirmo la reservación y al llegar al lugar nos dijeron que no habían habitaciones disponibles y no nos dieron respuesta

you cancele la reservación desde el primer día y nunca se me notificó la aseptacion

**Attention theft in the hostel** Don‘t go here! 200$ were stolen from our room. This on top that the staff was super unfriendly. We are not the first people that this has happened to. Apparently this is a thing here. They know when you are not around and enter your room. Choose any other place in town.

I requested a reimbursement of my money because I had to cancel my trip , I did though ******* , who told me we’re working on it , I don’t have my money back neither ******* or El Caite email any new about my money .

Got charged twice, I paid cash and then they charged my credit card days later. If they reply after days then they keep saying they noted I didn’t pay, but that’s not the case unfortunately. Make sure you get a receipt if you pay cash so they can’t fool you! Also got put into a mixed down even tho I booked female, only noticed when I woke up because I didn’t see anyone in there when I checked in.

Great hostel. We stayed in the 4 bedded loft room - it was a little tight for space, but no other concerns. Lovely place with a pool and lovely atmosphere.
