How this hotel does not have 5 stars is beyond me. We reached out last minute after a terrible customer service experience at another hotel and Daniela, at the other end of the phone, was so incredible. Although there were no family rooms available they did have a brand new apar**ent close to the hotel free. We could avail ourselves of all the hotel's amenities (breakfast, pool, bar, etc.) throughout. The apar**ent was perfect, but what impressed me most was the the level of customer service. Everyone, from the team preparing for the weddings being hosted while we were there, to Elena and the team in the restaurant was attentive and warm. Thank you again Daniela, Maria, Marika and Elena for making our stay so memorable. You deserve that extra star...I'm sure it's on its way. Also, make sure you visit the Scavi di Stabbia and Pizzeria da Iolanda while you are in Gragnano.

We had a great time in Pompei thanks to staying in this hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful every minute - at reaching the hotel by the right train in the evening or even to get tickets to Vesuvio volcano that was overbooked online. Thanks to them we did not need to buy the package tour and we free to get there. The hotel has unique ambience and its decently devoted to the history of Pompei. It is next door to the ancient Pompei. Many restaurants are nearby. The room was great, spacious, quiet and clean. There was no noise from the street. We were sorry that the spa closes so early but the hotel was transparent in it. The breakfast was great for sweet lovers but a bit restrained for others. The bowls were not replenished until we have finished the breakfest. I was missing more vegetables and cheeses and those small local delicius things such as olivas or dried tomatoes that makes the breakfast at the hotel great. But it were just minor things. Thanks to all the staff for a great time.

一個真正可愛的酒店,設置在美麗的綠洲,像花園,擁有最出色的工作人員。沒有什麼太麻煩,接待人員也非常樂於助人,幫助我們規劃旅行,安排交通等。每個人都非常樂於助人,非常細心,我們感到非常特別,而且非常照顧!從我們房間的視野,甚至從頂樓的早餐室,向對面望去維蘇威火山,真是太棒了!即使我們的住宿很短,但還是很完美!謝謝!!!

在Casa Dolce Casa度過了非常放鬆的4晚。工作人員很棒,非常樂於助人爲我們預訂可靠的接送服務。房間一塵不染,設備齊全。陽台的景色令人驚歎。下面的露台上的公共游泳池是每人20歐元的額外獎勵。我們每天在陽台上吃一頓豐盛的早餐。我從好評中被酒店吸引,而且它在路上,所以不需要攜帶行李上下拉韋洛的台階。絕對是一個獎勵,因爲溫柔的爬上通往廣場的道路比我更喜歡180步(是的,我數了它們!)

We absolutely loved this hotel and wished we stayed longer. After Hotel Margherita, we carried on to Positano, where we stayed for one night, but we wish we stayed in Praiano longer as it was in our opinion better than Positano. The hotel was absolutely gorgeous, clean and had beautiful rooms. The breakfast was amazing and staff of both restaurant and front desk were the nicest we ever experienced. Thank you all for such a great time!
