Booked last minute to get a one night stay. At arrival called Urban Homy servicedesk and they remotely opened all doors, to let me in to the apartment. The lady told me: you can find the key cards on the table. But unfortunately there was no key card. Also the apartment smelled terrible, due to people intensively smoked inside. The lady told me to be patient and she should organize a key. After half an hour, I called her again but still nothing organized. Due to the missing key, I also didn't had access to the bath room. After one hour called again and she asked me to search again, since the key should be in the room. But nothing was there and she didn't really had an idea how to solve the issue. She told me to be patient, while they were working on a solution. I lost my patience and cancelled the booking and left the apartment. Of course due to late cancellation, I had to pay the full amount
