全景凱夫飯店(Panoramic Cave Hotel & Spa)

여기 호텔 너무 좋아요♡ 동굴호텔이라 지저분하고 추울줄알았는데 따뜻하고 아늑해서 우리집처럼 편안해요~~~~~ 중심가 근처라 버스터미널 가깝고 근처에 좋은 레스토랑도 많고 벌룬이 호텔에서 보여요 그리고 벌룬 보러가는길도 가까워요 조식도 완전 짱!! 제일 좋았던건 깨끗하고 직원분들 모두 너무 친절해요 다음에 온다면 꼭 여기로 올꺼예요

Wir haben 4 Tage hier übernachtet und waren sehr zufrieden. Wir hatten die "Faire Chimney Suite" mit einer kleinen Sitzecke direkt davor. Das Zimmer war sehr schön, allerdings haben auch wir eine Ablage im Badezimmer vermißt. Das Frühstück war toll, für jeden was dabei, und der Kaffee auf der Terrasse mit Blick auf die Stadt einfach toll. Die Bar hatte abends geöffnet und wir haben den Wein dort sehr genossen! Herrlich... Das Personal ist super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Auch haben wir ein Paket im Hamam gebucht, welches sehr zu empfehlen ist! Die Lage ist toll, man hat einen schönen Blick über die Stadt und ist doch mittendrin. Wir waren gerne noch länger geblieben!

Hotel maravilhoso, tudo, quarto, café da manhã, equipe, localização. Equipe super atenciosa, tiraram todas as nossas dúvidas e cuidaram de todos os nosso passeios, agencia nos pegava e deixava na porta do hotel. Ótimo café da manhã com omelete, cafe, chas preparados na hora localização muito boa, super perto do centrinho. quarto grande, limpo, aquecido, com aquecimento no piso do banheiro adoramos a experiência em hotel caverna

Our stay at this hotel started on a high note: we were given a luxurious room that exceeded all expectations, free of charge. The bathroom was spacious and impeccably clean, its size rivaling that of the room itself. The internet worked perfectly, and the terrace views offered breathtaking panoramas of Göreme. Unfortunately, during our stay, we encountered some peculiarities that can only be described as forms of discrimination. We were asked four times if we actually lived in this hotel and demanded to provide evidence. This caused discomfort and unpleasant feelings. One morning during breakfast, I had an unpleasant incident when I was denied an omelette. However, just 20 minutes later, they prepared omelettes for the next visitors. The staff explained that when we arrived, the restaurant was crowded, and they were too busy to cook. However, I saw that the woman responsible for cooking was taking a break. She wasn't doing anything at that moment! I felt compelled to report this incident to Asya, the administrator, and the next day, the kitchen staff didn't apologize, show any friendliness, or offer tea, but they still made an omelette for me. Ultimately, the hotel itself is wonderful, but the behavior of a few staff members (the man at the breakfast serving area, the night administrator who constantly wore glasses, the person with dreadlocks) raises doubts and discomfort. I would rate it 1 star, but I won't do so because of the reasonable attitude of the hotel administrators, Ibrahim and Asya, as well as the panoramic views, beautiful rooms, and the kindness of my wife, who convinced me to give it 4 stars instead of 3. We stayed in Cappadocia for 10 days and stayed at 5 different hotels, and yours, due to the unpleasant treatment from the staff, turned out to be the least pleasant.

We came to Cappadocia to go on a hot air balloon but unfortunately, it was too windy to go up the 4 days that we were there, BUT this hotel really made our time here. This hotel is by far the best one in Goreme, the views are breathtaking to a point where non guests were coming up here just to take pictures The staff were friendly and very helpful, and they tried there best everyday to get us onto a balloon Breakfast was delightful, a choice of hot and cold food prepared fresh every morning We stayed in one of the Fairy Chimney rooms, it was very beautiful and we had a lovely view out of our window Make sure you go to the Turkish Bath located on the hotel site, we felt pampered and relaxed afterwards

ギョレメの中心地から徒歩10分程度の丘の中腹に位置しています。予約してから、カイセリ空港の送迎、balloonツアーをメールでお願いしました。スタッフさんは親切でお勧めのレストランや、貸し切りタクシーでの観光地の相談等気持ち良く対応して頂きました。部屋は清潔に保たれ、朝食は玉子料理は、その場で調理して頂けます。レストランのスタッフさんも親切でした。

Burası bu zamana kadar kaldığım en güzel oteldi. Kahvaltısı çok güzel gereksiz ve özensiz hiçbir şey yoktu taze ve lezzetli şeyler yedik. Çalışanlar ilgili ve güler yüzlü aktivite için öneri isterseniz seve seve yardımcı oluyorlar benim tavsiyem çok yere gidip de bir şey anlamamaktansa dolu dolu doğru yerleri gezmenizdir. Terasında balonların havada asılı kalışını izleyebiliyorsunuz, gece gündüz çok sakin bir ortam var. Odalar çok temiz Ödediğiniz tutarın tamamının hizmetini alıyorsunuz. Kesinlikle tavsiye edilir. Bir daha yolum düşerse şaşmayacağım adres oldular.

This is one of the most quirky places we've ever stayed. We had one of the deluxe rooms which was beautiful (although if you have a preference of which room you would like, state which one in a message upon booking and they will arrange that for you as there are multiple rooms within each category).. From the unique features all around the hotel, to the amazing views of the hot air balloons ascending in the morning, this place was worth every penny. Zaza (definitely spelling this name wrong lol) is very friendly and helpful and works very hard to make sure each and every guest is well tended to. We stayed here for four nights and loved every minute! I will certainly miss my rooftop breakfasts and saying good morning to Dost (the dog) everyday, thanks so much for being such great hosts Panoramic- until next time ✌️
