La habitación vieja y descuidada. No me sentí cómoda con la limpieza de la habitación

All of the staff were very helpful and the place was clean and comfortable. It's located near shops and restaurants. Plenty of free parking.

Room location was by bike system road and heard a lot of traffic noise

I always stay here when I’m in town. It’s clean and comfortable. Friendly and welcoming staff. Close to plenty of food options. And the price is right compared to other places in the area.

The staff is friendly and efficient, the areas of opportunity are: Carpets need to be replaced in rooms and elevators, as well as other items in the rooms.

Room was excellent. Fully stocked kitchen . Clean and well maintained

In town for baseball tournament and not a large amount of options locally. Choose this hotel as it is in the Marriott change. In summary… very dated, dirty and not an overly friendly staff. Expectations for a Residence Inn are not that high. Upon arrival tub and sink where backed up and need to call maintenance. House keeping forgot to service our room. Requested a late check out and was ask to depart by 2:30. After rekeying keys at 2 front desk called up and said we need to leave at 2:05. Just not a great experience. Staff seemed immature and incapable. Please improve

Sink and tub did not drain, received two wake up calls in the middle of the night that I did not request, could not adjust temperature in the room, it was hot and stuffy, bed and pillows we uncomfortable, woke up with sore hips and shoulders.

Hotel was clean, check in was easy, well taken care of, friendly staff, good area and location. In a nice part of town.For the next part of my stay I'm in a different hotel and it's not as good. Would rather be staying at this hotel. Would recommend and would stay again.
