溫馨One&Only積士汀(One&Only Aesthesis)

Zunächst einmal ist unverständlich, dass alle Bewertungen hier als Kea Island abgegeben werden. Ich habe das One and Only Aesthesis neu angelegt, eine Bewertung kann man dort aber trotzdem nicht abgeben. Das One and Only Kea Island existiert noch gar nicht. Geplante Eröffnung laut Website im Herbst 2024. Die hier gezeigten Bilder zeigen ein anderes Hotel, nämlich das Aesthesis in Glyfada, für das auch diese Bewertung ist. Hier nun die Bewertung: Das Aesthesis ist eine echte Bereicherung für den Großraum Athen. Das neue Hotel ist sehr stylisch und liegt im Küstenvorort Glyfada. Glyfada ist eine wenig ansehnliche Häuseransammlung, wegen der sicher niemand nach Glyfada fährt. Das One-and-Only bietet aber eine Oase mit Ruhe, Strand, schönen Zimmern und einem guten Restaurant. Die Mitarbeiter im Hause sind wirklich bemüht, die Wünsche des Gastes zu erfüllen. Einziger Minuspunkt: Es wird eine 100%tige Vorkasse verlangt, bevor das Hotel auch nur einen Finger krumm gemacht hat. Mag sein, dass das in Südafrika üblich ist, in Europa ist es das nicht und ich lehne solche Praktiken grundsätzlich auch ab. Wer sich aber entschließt, das Hotel zu besuchen, wird wohl nicht enttäuscht werden.

I was in Athens for business and having stayed at other One and Only resorts in the past, I new I wouldn’t be disappointed. The resort itself is gorgeous, the rooms are very high end, and the butler service they offer is highly attentive and they were able to fulfill all my requests, ranging from a reservation at the Michelin restaurant in the Astir Palace to getting me into an exclusive nightclub last minute. I don’t offer this compliment lightly by any means. The beach is gorgeous as well, I didn’t get to take advantage of it though because I was there in March and the temps were in the 60s (f) and 15 (c).

I was disappointed in this room. Some windows were not opened. Appeals to the staff on this issue were ignored. The air conditioner did not work on cooling; There was no external lighting, which created problems even in the evening for the staff; Not once, except for the first day of the week, the room did not bring fruit, as would be expected, at the price of a room above 2000 euros per day. The room has smart home system elements, but most functions do not work. for example, when turning on the * do not disturb», the red LED did not work at the entrance, so the staff was always careless with their visits. The hotel is new, it has a lot of problems. The hotel is not ready to work with guests at 5 star level. For me, this hotel doesn’t match the quality I’m used to. Fabulous hotel in all aspects! Breathtaking views, amazing facilities and delicious food!! We had dinner at ORA, tried various dishes but I must say the veal cheeks dish is simply mouthwatering! Leonidas from Sparta came to meet us and was very helpful! He is the best! Oh, and their margaritas are one of a kind!! Thank you Odysseus! (This hotel is filled with beautiful Ancient Greek Names!) We will definitely visit again! Thank you for such a wonderful experience!

I went to this beautiful hotel to try the breakfast because I work in hotel industry and I wanted to see also this company. I have to admit that the Fnb team is doing an amazing job . The staff was really polite and professional and the food and the cocktail that we tried were colourful and tasteful. The ambience was really nice. I will come back for sure !

This was the most fabulous hotel I have ever stayed at! I have stayed at One&Only's in Mauritius and Dubai and this one is my favourite of them all. The staff were the most welcoming people (especially Jean-Paul, Teresa, Angie and Mike) who went above and beyond to make our visit extra special. From bringing me a anything I needed on request, to picking us up when they saw us walking from our bungalow to the main hotel, nothing was too much effort. Staff members also remembered our names and room numbers which was so special. The food was outstanding too, big portions and such great Greek hospitality. The room itself was also amazing - underfloor heating in the bathroom was amazing and the whole bungalow was so luxe! Spa pool was also amazing as it was heated. I could not recommend this hotel enough to anyone and I will absolutely be returning at the earliest opportunity! Thank you to everyone for making our stay so special. Katherine and Samuel
