格洛斯特碼頭普瑞米爾飯店(Premier Inn Gloucester (Quayside))

If you want somewhere peaceful but in a great location stay here you willl not be disapointed. Rooms very clean, staff friendly with a lovely welcome, right on the quay for waljs and a view, 2 minutes walk into the town for a mass of bars, restaurants, shops and cafes alongside the cathedral, museums and places of interest..

Needed an accessible adjoining room for my learning disability sister and what a fabulous spacious room, both rooms had everything and were so comfortable and clean, we also ate in the Beefeater restaurant which we couldn't fault either, great experience in this Premier Inn.

Spent a few days in Gloucester and this was the best priced and most conveniently located hotel. Parking was available for free but filled up quickly. There was a paying car park very close by. No food available in the hotel but a Beefeater (really bad reviews for this) was next door. I used the Costa next door for breakfast which was fine. For evening meals I used restaurants in Gloucester Quays which was only a five minute walk away and very good choice. Hotel was lovely and clean, comfortable beds and quiet. Shower was good. Free wifi was OK for checking emails etc but you would need to upgrade to a paying service if you wanted to stream I think. All in all a very pleasant stay.

The reception team good - a credit goes to Apina at the reception. Overall the place was tidy and clean they responded in time to my needs .e.g iron and board etc...They changed my beddings every time i requested them to be changed

Premier Plus room was great, with air-conditioning and provided a serene space to rest and relax. The facilities worked well and we will recommend a room on the 5th floor. Food choice was great as well and we had a really great time in Gloucester.

Hotel Location is amazing, just near the Gloucester Quays, you can reach all good resturants and shops and by walk. Room well-cleaned. No breakfast & dinner are available inside Hotel. You can have it on just opposite building (Beefeater Restaurant)

Well situated hotel for a shopping break easy walking distance for shops and restaurants good location easy parking clean and comfy hotel helpful and friendly staff beefeater and costa on site if required

A couple of issues with the room. 1. The bed was broken on the side nearest the window. None of which impacted our stay to much. 2. The bedside light next to the bathroom didn’t work. 3. The bath/shower taps were loose.

We worked in Gloucester this week an always go for a premier Inn as it never disappoints. Donna on the reception was very helpful when we needed to sort out a complicated situation with our booking, excellent service!!
