巴登別墅(Baden Lodge)

花了200 買了一個破舊的房間，沙發後面很髒，我們只有2 條毛巾，2 個碗，1 個鍋蓋，沒有鍋，床很硬，枕頭很薄，最好睡在地板上，用伴侶當枕頭。最好的是水療池

Nous avons passé une nuit dans ce motel. Il est idéalement situé. Lieu calme. Le wifi fonctionne très bien. En hiver, les couvertures chauffantes ont été très appréciées. Ashwin est un hôte très accueillant et à l’écoute. Nous le remercions chaleureusement.

Adequate but not great. The property is very tired. I believe that it has just changed ownership so the new owners are trying to get up to speed. The switches were very confusing and could do with some labels. Didn't realise we had the fridge switches off for a while.

We booked a two bedroom apartment with spa for five people. What we got was one bedroom with double bed, and a double bed and sofa sleeper in the small lounge,dining and kitchen area. As for the spa pool, it was empty, very shabby and clearly not operational. Had to ask for bedding and extra utensils having clearly booked for five people. I guess this could be described as false advertising.

Facility Very tired. Very noisy after 10 from owner's place. Yelling talking loud and woke everyone up. Think it was around 2am. Grrrrrrr

Had very great stay and excellent ambience in Baden Lodge. Exceptional customer service. Perfect for family stay. Value for Money and perfect place in Rotorua to stay. all visiting places are nearby, I would recommend it to others.

Was dirty Stan’s on the blankets on the fold out couch the parking was not good the grounds at the back by the parking could do with a clean up and lawns mowed

No housekeeping during my 5 day stay. Nothing. Had to put rubbish bin on doorstep. No vacuuming. No sheets. No heater. Spa! Wouldn't use it if you paid me. No bedside light.
