Glencoe House Hotel and staff are first class. This year was my 5th almost consec visit for that very reason . Unfortunately , I cant say the same about the Perle Group Operations Director, Angela Finlay. I had cause to raise an issue prior to my annual upcoming stay this March . I was told Ms Finlay would be in contact with me as , “ the Perle Group take guest complaints very seriously.” Given timescales , I expected to hear from her after my stay . However, 6 weeks post stay , and despite a further email asking for a response, no one has bothered to get in touch . Folks, you will have a fabulous stay at GHH. However, thanks to Ms Finlay, it’s Inverlochy Castle Hotel for me next Spring!
