吉爾叢林住宿(Gir Jungle Lodge)

Property is located near to sinha sadan, which is the plus point. Outdoor of the property is decent, you will enjoy it. But the rooms were outdated, it was not mainatined or upgraded. The pool was the happening place. If you want to have a lunch or dinner as a add-on service, it is 400rs/per person, which i found costly. There are options outside the resort you can go for it. They have arranged the dhamal dance performed by a tribe there, which was otherwise paid, but here we could enjoy it for free.

It was an average stay there. Property is old and not well maintained. Service is ok ok. Swimming pool was also not proper clean. Shower not working. We had found one dead insect in our bhindi subzi. That was very annoying.

The stay was very good. The location of the resort is 2 km from sinha sadan and 8 km from devaliya. The room is spacious and clean. The bedsheets and comforter are also clean.

Resort is located very near to sinha sadan. Resort is very well maintained with greenery all around. If you are coming with family and kids then this resort is the ideal place as they have a huge play area with multiple games. Swimming pool was very clean and maintained. Best part of the stay was food and on spot service by staff. Would definitely recommend gir lodge resort for their supportive staff, delicious food and amazing resort feel

The resort is nice and big, with lot of mango trees. The location is good, its right on highway and near sinha sadan entry point. The cottage rooms are huge with 3 beds. There is no problem of hot water due to presence of geyser. But found the restaurant to be okay. The food taste is good. At night, there are lot of insects in the dining area. So, instead we had food at nearby hotel just outside the gate.

Our stay at Gir Jungle Lodge was comfortable and the staffs were friendly and helpful. The package included dinner and breakfast. On pre-order they also arange for chicken but the usual meal served is vegetarian, which includes Gujrati as well as Punjabi items. On request the manager provided us a 1st floor room with balcony (ground floor rooms don't have balconies). Room was spacious but even though the room was clean there is a lack of maintenance. Especially the furnitures and fixtures. The resort has ample parking area and driver accommodation. Food for driver is not included and charged at rs. 1000 for three meals. The resort is just two kms from Sinh Sadan on the Junagadh highway. Overall nice experience.

Property is located on the main road and location of the property is very nice, very well maintained, full of greenery, staff courteous, nice food. Property is near to sun set point and jungle safari office.

Good facilities, good food, good location, near the gir forest. Surrounded by green fields, caring reception.
