Von A bis Z alles tipptopp und wunderbar! Sehr schöne und exklusive Hotelanlage. Super ausgestattete Villa. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und unglaublich hilfsbereit. Das Restaurant ausgezeichnet und das Frühstücksbuffet nicht zu überbieten. Herzlichen Dank auch an unserer Host Qui!

Firstly upon our arrival, we were warmly greeted by the Resort Manager Jian and Andrew. Our personal butler, Hoai An, brought us to our villa and explained every little details in the villa! We were also quite impressed by how the resort was committed to the eco-friendly policy (e.g. providing glass bottled drinking water, providing washable hand towels in lavatories, etc.). The breakfast was of very good selections with many local favorites, and by having the main menu as a la carte it helped to reduce waste while ensuring the quality of the food served - very wise decision indeed! The 'New Year's Eve' Gala Dinner was very well organized with a sumptuous spread of food and drinks, to be complemented by an amazing local live band as well as other impressive performances including solo saxophone playing, local dance troupe and martial arts! Overall an unforgettable experience altogether!!!

We stayed at the Anantara for 3 days during our Christmas trip to Vietnam in December 2023. The staff is extremely friendly and very accommodating. We had a two bedroom beachfront Villa which was spacious and beautiful. The private pool was nice but not heated. The Butler (Nghia) was always reachable and very helpful and made our stay more comfortable. With a vegetarian family, we had absolutely no problems at meal times. The wait staff and chefs were very accommodating to a vegetarian diet and would make anything you would like within reason of course. We have no issues with food choice and the breakfast buffet was with everything made to order. Definitely a five star resort. The pluses of this resort are the suites/villas, the quality and choice of food, and the hospitality of the staff. The downsides are few. Probably the only thing I would do about is that there's not much to do on the property. This is purely an r&r place and if you're looking for activities, they will dry out very quickly. The spa was average at best. With such a beautiful property, I'm surprised at the spa has no views of the ocean. The massage rooms were closed in and as we found with other five-star massage spas, the staff did not follow our pre-massage questionnaire where we indicated what body parts we needed massaged/focused on. They just followed a routine without any attention to what we had indicated on the questionnaire. I have found this to be true with several different high end spas in Vietnam so this is probably how it's done here. Just be careful before you spend a lot of money so that you know you're getting. Overall, this was a nice resort and our three-day stay there was just enough. A week would be way too long.

베트남에 휴양지라는 퀴논에 방문하면서 많은 후기를 찾을 수는 없었지만 아난타라 체인이 있기에 믿고 예약했습니다. 우리 가족이 지낸 4일동안 정말 매순간이 최고였습니다. 모든 직원들은 친철했고 특히 담당 버틀러인 “Demi”는 우리가 지내는 내내 친절허게 불편함없이 챙겨주었으며 아이들이 너무 좋아했습니다. 유일한 레스토랑인 sea fire salt 는 감히 퀴논 최고였다고 생각합니다. 하루 세끼 뿐만 아니라 인룸 다이닝까지 아이들이 너무 많이 먹어서 민망할 정도 였습니다. 프라이빗한 투베드룸 빌라에서 너무나도 행복한 날들을 보내고 왔습니다. 마사지도 프라이빗한 스파에서 아이들과 같이 받았는데 적극 추천합니다. 떠날때 마중나와서 손흔들며 인사해준 친절한 매니저까지 너무나도 완벽한 휴가였어요. 내년에 꼭 다시 방문할꺼에요.

My family and I had an incredible stay at Anantara Quy Nhon! The resort is beautiful and very secluded. We loved that it was so peaceful and quiet after our time in Hanoi and Hoi An. Bao and Jian at reception gave us a very warm welcome and ensured that we were well taken care of throughout our stay. We were put in the Beachfront Pool Villa and, which was amazing! The villa is gorgeous with a kitchen, living room, dining room, huge bathroom with soaking tub and outdoor shower, plus plenty of outdoor seating/lounging by the pools. The beds were super comfortable and I got some of the best rest in years! We loved that we had access to a secluded beach with stunning views! The breakfasts were the best we had during our 2 weeks in Vietnam. We took full advantage of afternoon tea at 3:00 and "Happiest Hour" at 4:00. We had in-room dining one night, and then dined in Sea. Fire. Salt another evening. Meals were fantastic with good portions. The staff in the restaurant really made our stay wonderful! Han and Trieu took such good care of us every day, and made us feel like we were special guests. We were sad to say good-bye to them, which makes us want to go back all the more! I joined the morning yoga class one day, which took place at the spa. I was a little disappointed, as the instructor was not very communicative during the class. We all had massages at the spa one afternoon. The spa is beautiful, but one issue had was that you could hear honking from the road during treatments. This is just the unfortunate location of the road being so close to the resort. I do hope that they are able to do something about the unfinished property next door to the resort. That is really the only detractor from an otherwise beautiful resort! We loved every minute of our stay at Anantara Quy Nhon and hope to be back again in the near future!

Despite the weather being very bad, the staff and management made us feel the holiday was well worth it. Everyone was exceptionally attentive and friendly. Special mention for the cooking class. A great way to enjoy Vietnam even with bad weather. Because of the staff we will be back again. And recommend it to all our friends as well

Family profile: 2 adults 4 children (11, 8, 7, 5) Weather: Sunny (even though in December when it was supposed to be rainy) Accomodation: 2-bedroom beachfront villa. From the reservation to departure on the last day, the Anantara team rendered excellent service. The reservations team was meticulous and ensured that everything we needed was prepared and activities were booked. Arrival: On arrival day, the ride to the villa was comfortable and we were able to access the internet through the in-car router to keep our children entertained throughout the 1-hour journey. Upon reaching the villa, we were greeted by Jian & our villa host, Giau. We were delighted to hear that Jian was from Malaysia and could communicate in English very well. In fact, we were wonderfully surprised that most of the service team were able to speak English well and we had no problems understanding them, although we had a little difficulty communicating with the spa team However, they were very kind and tried their best to understand what we were trying to say. Atmosphere: The atmosphere in the entire resort is amazingly tranquil and the view is to die for! The beach is extremely clean although the waves can be quite strong. Room: Housekeeping did a thorough job each time we were out. The villa is kept clean all the time. Not the best coffee/tea choice and machine could be better. Food: We were very worried about the availability of halal food and we appreciated that Jian had the chef personally assure us that our food would be prepared in a halal-certified kitchen and that they offer hall meat as well. Throughout our stay, all the teams were made aware of this and we didn't have to worry. We had all our meals at the Sea, Salt, Fire restaurant and service by the serving team was top-notch. Beach Picnic: The beach picnic was awesome however, the food we ordered was too much as the children didn't want to eat. Chilcare: The babysitters and the kids club took great care of our kids and they thoroughly enjoyed the activities planned for them by the kids' club and the babysitters. Villa host: We would like to express special thanks to Giau who had been an excellent host throughout our stay and had been superbly attentive to our needs and that of our children. My husband ranks this as the BEST resort we have been to and we have been to many resorts. Overall this has been a fantastic short getaway for the family and we would love to be back. Un véritable havre de paix où le personnel est aux petits soins de la première à la dernière minute, notamment grâce à un villa host personnel qui devance tous nos besoins. Milles petites attentions, qui couplé à un environnement paradisiaque (villa, restaurant, lobby, spa…) font de Anantara Quy Nhon Villas le meilleur lieu où se reposer, ouvrir ses sens, savourer au Vietnam. Nous reviendrons pour sûr si l’occasion se représente.
