Beware of hidden charges and fees. We booked through ******* and paid for our room in full almost three months in advance. We go to check in and the night receptionist refused to check us in unless I paid an additional “FEE” for the potential destruction of the room. We have never done such a thing and never would. The attitudes of the staff at this facility in Edenburg, Indiana are extremely snobbish to put it mildly. I would not recommend a stay here again. 30 more minutes and you will be in Indianapolis.

Very clean facility, can't say enough about that. From keeping the grounds clean to inside the hotel. Outstanding customer service at front desk to the staff we encountered. Breakfast was nice and staff again so friendly. Breakfast had a nice variety and area was spotless clean. Love that they have full size shampoo etc in the bathrooms.

I think this seems like a great property but the pool is out of service. I completely understand that that happens but we actually booked this for the pool. I am very disappointed that they did not tell us it was being worked on. I would have booked somewhere else. The staff apologized but honestly paid a lot of money to be offered the pool across the parking lot in the next hotel.

Wish the site would have stated the whirlpool was down. Room Was very clean and well appointed. There was some dust on the lights. Tear in the curtain shear. Have a feeling this location isn’t too busy. Parking lot was nearly empty checking in around 5:30. Only 1 attendant on the whole premises which seems dangerous (for the clerk). Elevator inspection showed it was out of tolerance and when I brought it up to the attendant she stated it was inspected about 2 weeks ago by the fire depar**ent and they must not have updated the certification. That’s some pretty poor attention to detail on the part of maintenance and management. Not sure what to think. My family and I have grown to love Holiday Inn Express over the past year or so. Kind of shocked to see a HIE in this state. It looks very new. Just not maintained, perhaps due to a low occupancy rate?

Didnt like that they lost my reservation and made me wait while other guests were checked in. Apparently my room was double booked. They accomodated me by still giving me my room but it took a long time.

The staff was kind and professional. The pool and hot tub were being remodeled but they allowed us to go across the street to use the Hilton Hotel pool. The breakfast was wonderful and the rooms were very clean.

Staff was very unfriendly and all the kids running through the halls and banging on the walls and staff wouldnt do anything about it no matter what time it was

Very clean. Had a very good breakfast. Will definitely stay here again and they still offer veteran discount unlike some others.

Staff was very friendly and room was wonderful bed slept great me and my husband enjoyed our stay
