The property was somewhat run down and in need of a refurbishement. The room was clean but showed signs of wear and tear. Housekeeping didn't come into my room to replace towels, make the bed, empty the trash and leave more coffee for the coffee maker even though they were cleaning in rooms nearby and their trolly was just outside my room. The bed and pillows were hard. A very disappointing stay which lead me to end my stay one day early.

Arriving at 4:15 for a 4:00 Check-in, we were simply told "rooms aren't ready". I asked when they might be ready, and was told that no one knew when they would be. I asked if I could be contacted when they were ready, and was told no. Finally another employee at the desk interrupted the the unhelpful employee and offered to take my cell number and call when rooms were ready. Great recovery by the helpful staff member, but horrible overall first impression. The rooms are decent, priced accordingly.

Needs updating, trying to check-in is not easy, hard to find. Difficult getting to room with all our luggage, and they did not offer assistance.

Couldn’t sleep due to a noise I could never figure out. The coffee shop at 9:30 am was incapable of selling me coffee. The restaurant lost our order and had to come back to us after a half hour and admit they needed us to tell them again what we wanted. They ended up comping our meal but everyone working seemed to hate being there.

The lady that checked us in was in no way customer service oriented. We arrived around 2:45 p.m. and was told that no rooms were available until 4. I have a hard time believing that no rooms were available. Come on! She acted like it was an ordeal to check us in an hour and 15 minutes early. Have never had this problem with a hotel! First and last time I will ever stay!

We had a wonderful time, I had rented 3 rooms and the service was great. We had left some keys in the room and they were quick to call me and told me not to worry they will keep them safe until I could pick up!

We usually stay in Blackhawk but for Thanksgiving Night they were all booked except the more costly hotels. We booked Century ****** & Hotel. We did not even know there were that many ******s up that far. We had a blast. Actually won some money, the food was awesome, room was clean and very nice and the people were so friendly. We will for sure be coming back. The extra 1 mile drive was worth it. Thank You Century ****** & Hotel for making our Thanksgiving one to Remember...

Nice big room and huge bathroom! Very clean and comfortable. We we under the impression we could get breakfast at 8am, and later learned the restraunt didn't open until 11. Dinner at the restraunt was very good!
