凱藝套房飯店(Quality Inn & Suites Georgetown)

I wasn't happy at all. They are redoing the hotel it should be close until it is completely fix. The tv didn't work and there was no light or microwave in the first room. They change my room and the microwave still didn't work the air-condition was broken and the TV still didn't work. I am call management tomorrow I want my money back.

The staff were very friendly. The hotel was being renovated so there were issues. They didnt have a blow dryer in the room, the bathroom exhaust fan didnt work and most annoying was the key cards. Every single time we left the hotel our keys wouldn't work when we came back. We had to find the front desk person who was missing every time we'd need keys & once we found someone we'd need new keys. The room was clean and the breakfast was good. If you're looking for 5 star service...go somewhere else. If you just need a clean, comfortable room to stay the night this is a good selection.

When I arrived, I had to wait 10 minutes for the front desk clerk to show up. The 1st room we were given reeked of cigarette smoke. When I returned to the front desk, again she was no where to be found. I just happened to walk out another door to find her on a cigarette break. The 2nd room given was towards to back of the property. But there was major renovation going on. I had to maneuver my car around and on gravel roads to park, because the parking lot had been roped off to access. The door to the room sticks, so I had throw my weight on the door to open it. AND we were awakened by the crew doing the renovations early the next morning. Just close down the property until you're ready to receive guests!

pulled in, property under construction, in decaying condition. Decided would try the room before cancelling. Drove around to room, yellow caution tape blocking all parking on the side of hotel, white caulking and and or paint around all doors. Requested non smoking room was definitely not, bad odor in room, and debri on the floor.

Check-in was a royal PITA. Had reservations for 3 adults, 3 king size rooms. Got there and the Indian man said they only had 2 room reservations, and couldn't locate the third. Also, was trying to put us in twin rooms. I showed him my email confirming my third room and in fact i paid for King rooms. Had ME call Travelocity to try and unscrew someone elses mess. All three of us had to walk back to the front desk after none of our room keys worked. Not sure if that was by design, as he knew I was clearly perturbed with the whole check in debacle. Upon arriving in my room, there was someone else coffee stain dried on my table, the wall was gouged and needed painting and the tub/ shower pop up and drain were falling apart. Be happy to share photos. Another in my party said their feet were sticking to the floor in their room. They clearly dont seem to care about the quality of their hotel or that of their guests. The only upside was the bed was comfortable and I didnt see any bedbugs. None of us would ever stay there again, under any circumstances.

Extremely thin walls, don't want to hear others using toilet. Shower/tub area extremely small. No tv guide available, remote doesnt fully function and tv has bright white spots indicating damaged pixels. Limited continental breakfast, waffkes only hot items, no fruit

The room was dusty and the area around the sink and coffee maker was clearly dirty. It had white construction dirt/dust on a black coffee maker - clear to any eye.

Very limited parking. Lots of trash in parking lot. There was construction going on. People not staying there were hanging outside. There was no room number so we had to go by other rooms to determine ours. Overall for a quick few hours of sleep its ok if you want to pay outrageous prices to stay in Georgetown

Not at all like website very outdated ac leaked water I kept having to get up tv had some kind of spots in the screen you could barely see it and the parking lot was full of empty beer cans. One of our toilets didn’t work and the sofa/bed in the main Room looked about 30 years old no buttons on the phone no light cover switches.
