林斯伯格亞洲飯店及溫泉Spa-限成人(Linsberg Asia Hotel, Spa & Therme - Adults Only)

Bei meine letzten Besuch vor 6 Monaten war tanken „Gar kein Problem“ und natürlich gerne in der Parkgarage möglich. Ich durfte in die Garage, tanken, und normal als Tagesgast in der Therme mit geladenem Auto nachhause fahren. Umständlich aber ok. Fein! Und heute wird mir plötzlich gesagt „das ist immer schon nur für Hotelgäste“ und „das war vielleicht eine einmalige Ausnahme“. Aha! Gut zu wissen, wenn ich schon hier stehe! Sollte einem das nicht vielleicht schon bei der ersten „Ausnahme“ gesagt werden? Dann komm ich doch einfach nicht mehr! Dann schickt ihr einen nach Bad Erlach - hier dauert das Laden 2 Stunden. Ich kann also direkt dort hinfahren zum tanken, dann horrende Summen als Blockiergebühr zahlen oder an meinen Thermentag noch zwei Stunden zum Laden dranhängen, damit ich wieder nachhause komme. Lächerlich. Ich bin wirklich schockiert, dass ihr hier keine E-Tankstelle anbietet. Und bei aller Liebe und so schön die Therme auch ist aber das ist ein absolutes No Go. So lange es keine öffentlich zugängliche E-Tankstelle gibt, werde ich nicht mehr kommen.

For several times i have stayed in the hotel already. The staff are very friendly, always smiling and helpful. The decoration is quite stylish, different than standard hotel designs. Its a very clean hotel, spacious rooms and public areas. It is located on the side of a forest which is quite nice. For every meal there is an open buffet which is really full of enormous varieties and very tasty dishes. The a-la-carte menu is also fantastic. I never had the chance of using the spa but I know and am sure is very good. The only downside is that the rooms are incredibly hot and the a.c. cannot be controlled individually. Although it was winter, we had to keep the doors open while sleeping. I got up feeling too hot in the middle of the night several times, every time i stayed.

Great hotel. Clean, tastefully decorated. Excellent logistics. The pool and spa of the hotel itself are in perfect order. The chef did not disappoint either. The nature is beautiful - there is where to take a walk. Vienna is 50 minutes by car, and the airport is a little longer.

The linsberg asia spa is very nice equipped and very nice infrastructure. But unfortunately the "service" culture is very poor. The most often words you can hear are no and we have no solution. The staff and obviously the management are overwhelmed. Only exception is the spa team. Unfortunately one of our worst hotel experience ever.

Compared to other Spa hotels in Eastern Austria, this one had its act together. The place just felt like the details were all considered and the ambience flowed together nicely. The staff was pleasant and helpful continuously. Asia Linsberg doesn't charge extra for hotel guests to continue using the facilities after check-out. Many other resorts do. Everything is included with the room (towels, robes, slippers, breakfast, dinner, tea bar, private hotel sauna zone), except garage parking. I would recommend the hotel just start including garage parking with the room. It is silly to pay this amount for a hotel room and then tack on a 7-euro charge for parking that is accessible to the hotel. In our case, the free parking area was full, so they provided garage parking for free---without us having to ask-- a great example of the service mentality at Asia Linsberg. We did not use the textile section at all, so cannot comment on it. The sauna area exclusive to the hotel guests was not very large, but provided a dry sauna, infrared sauna, steam room, two jacuzzi tubs, a foot bath, and some showers. A small snack area (fruits and nuts) and infused water area was also a really nice detail. Infusions were provided in the hotel sauna zone also, a nice quieter alternative to the public sauna area. There did seem to be an unofficial smokers area just outside the doors in the hotel sauna area, and this was obnoxious because the cigarette smoke smell wafted through the outdoor section and even into the inside area when the doors were propped open. I would recommend the hotel not allow smoking in the hotel sauna area, since it is not large enough to have a smoking area far enough away to not disturb non-smoking guests. This caused us to move to a different area a couple times during our stay. I would also recommend adding a cold plunge tub in the hotel sauna zone- there was not one there. Moving between the hotel-only zone and the public zone was a bit cumbersome. There was no direct turnstile or door, but you have to walk down a hallway and through a spa reception area. This isn't a very big deal at all, but based on the design, I think it would be easy to add a direct turnstile from the hotel zone into the public area through one of the relaxation rooms. The public sauna space is quite large and has a diverse selection of features. In addition to numerous saunas and such, there was a large grassy zone with rolling hills and trees spaced nicely for intermittent shade. No crowded sunbathing zone here-- plenty of space to spread out, and plenty of loungers to go around among the guests. Infusions were really impressive, and creative! Overcrowding was avoided by requiring guests to get an entry card from the saunameister within 30 minutes prior to the infusion. This avoids the issues other thermes have with tons of people trying to cram into a sauna for an infusion, often sitting in there for way too long beforehand just to secure a space, and then already being

Excellent spa facilities. Enjoyable stay. Please use less onions in cooking, especially for breakfast.

Leider nur zwei liegen hintereinander in einem stickigen Raum ergattert. Saunen wegen gleichzeitigem Ampel System und Aufguss nicht benutzbar. 30 Leute am Selbstbedienungsrestaurant, Bier 5,10 €. Dusche nach 3 Sekunden kalt. Nettes freundliches Personal. Zu viele Gäste! Management!

Feine, kleinere Therme. Der Asia- Schwerpunkt ist Geschmackssache (mir gingen die Buddhas schon am 2. Tag auf die Nerven.) Schöne, außergewöhnliche Zimmer, leider mit Teppichboden, ohne Minibar und Balkon. Der angepriesene Willkommensdrink wurde vergessen, die „Bibliothek“ erwies sich als eine versperrte Deponie alter Donauland-S*****en. Insgesamt etwas dunkles Ambiente, alles sehr sauber. Besonders freundliche, nette Mitarbeiter:innen! Die hoteleigene Sauna ist klein und gemütlich, leider kein Kaltbecken, gute Themenaufgüsse. Wir hatten eine sehr angenehme Massage im Spa. Die Therme selbst ist angenehm, nicht zu heiß - und ruhig. Auch ist ausreichend Platz vorhanden und es gibt ein großes Sportbecken. Während im Restaurant hervorragend gekocht wird (Hauptspeisen großartig!), auch das Frühstücksangebot ist bestens, bietet das Thermenrestaurant schlechte Qualität und kleine Auswahl zu sehr hohen Preisen. Insgesamt sind die Preise für das Gebotene doch ein bisschen zu hoch.
