凱藝飯店-加特林堡市區溪畔(Quality Inn Creekside - Downtown Gatlinburg)

The hotel is in a good location. It's not new but it's fine. The biggest problem is your booking for the room. You also get charged for parking and service fees. Expect to pay $30 to whatever they decide to charge you for the extras at check in. I HATE HIDDEN FEES

The last time we visited this hotel, the door was left wide opened before we got to the room? Given a key & told to go to this room & the door was opened & bugs were all over the place inside? We did ask for a differ room, but early am, we could hear the staff & the rolling out with th cart/carts right outside our door, but we hadn't had a problem last time we were there, where we were so surprised this time?

Great location. Room was beyond needing an update. Huge parts of my door had paint missing. Shower not cleaned and maid tipping envelope from previous guests was left out. Everything very dated. Bathroom felt dirty as there were several stains on the bathroom door. Furniture had stains and smudges throughout. The bed was comfortable and it is a nice location but I would not recommend ever staying at this property unless they do major renovations. I only stayed one night as there is no way I could have endured more nights.

The location cant be beat. The staff was friendly and helpful. However, the room smelled old and musty. We had already paid for the room and it was nonrefundable so we had to stay. Our first outing was to go buy an air freshener just to make it tolerable. The bathroom barely functioned. The toilet flushed sometimes and other times not at all If we had another option we would have canceled our reservation but we couldn't afford to just lose that money

Estuvimos este fin de semana en el hotel. Muy lindo ☺️súper limpio Los cuartos muy espaciosos, Los baños Está muy céntrico, nos encanto Muy recomendado ☺️🥰

Wet floors wet blankets had to buy our own towels because the office wouldn’t give us new towels what looked like mold on ceiling of bathroom more noisy then most hotels rude staff only plus was being walkable

Location was excellent, our room was clean and nice, we enjoyed the fireplace. Overall it was a nice room for the price. The breakfast looked really nice, but Overall the taste was just not good.

Run away from this one,extra charger per pet,parking fee that doesn't show once you reserve the room thru the app,place it is not in a great condition

Room was decent for the price. Fireplace was large and toasty. Loved that I could bring my fur baby. Pet fee and parking fee too much and parking should be free. Where else are guests supposed to park if not on site?
