紐卡斯爾碼頭邊萊昂納多飯店(Leonardo Hotel Newcastle Quayside)

設施比較舊，因為還沒有按照萊昂納多風格裝修，仍然是舊家具。寢具和毛巾保持乾淨。

Fantastically located on the quayside. The hotel has parking spaces but these are limited and therefore I parked at the car park opposite Gateshead college, around 6 mins walk away. Tbh it was cheaper to park there than the hotel car park and not that far. The hotel itself is nicely presented and the adjoined bar on the ground floor also has outdoor seating so that you may enjoy the views. The views itself are very decent from the room I was in. The room was very clean apart from a few handprint stains on the wall above the toilet in the bathroom. They looked more like old stains which probably wouldn’t come out unless it was painted again. Can’t comment on breakfast as I didn’t have any, but the hotel provided a complimentary coffee voucher from the bar and also some money off food from their restaurant. Overall a nice hotel and would stay again if ever in the area.

We had a brilliant weekend the hotel was fantastic I can’t fault it. Amazing comfy beds and pillows, great breakfast. Hotel staff friendly and helpful. I will definitely use leonardo’s again in the future, because I will know and be confident that I’ll receive a great service of a high standard. Happy customer thank you

Location was great in proximity to The Glass House where we attended a concert. Room was clean. The only problem I had was the banging of doors both at night and especially in the early morning and also the humming of the AC. So I didn't have a great sleep. People don't seem to know how to use a handle. Bring back doors with an actual key.

Paid £200 for a superior room for one night, but there was nothing superior about it. The bathroom was so old, the bath had chips all over it and the mirror was all rusty, the toilet roll holder was falling off .The bedroom was also really old and dated . A stay at a travelodge or premier inn would definitely out class this hotel for rooms, cleaning and food . The restaurant food was of a really poor standard. The burger was so over done and rock hard. The breakfast was disappointing too . Definitely not a hotel or chain I will look at booking at again .

Definitely not worth £150 per night of anybody’s money . No heating in the room superficial cracking around the door frame and in the bathroom , the shower was ok but the hot was cold and cold was hot . TBF the place needs a full refurbishment

The room was clean, however the TV didnt work and the cistern dripped continously, even after i filled it up with water from the sink. Would stay again, bed was really comfy and breakfast was really good as well
