Walls so thin you could hear people talking in rooms around ours. 7:00 a.m. work truck pumping out drain on driveway below window… needed to sleep on, but nope. Renovations being made throughout building, so seemed clean and they’re trying to update.

Full renovation of half the ground floor meant that the entire side that my room was on was a construction zone (when coming out of the elevator). No laundry access, no pool access. Didn’t get any notice or discount.. would have stayed somewhere else if I had known.

The property is under construction the keys didnt work the hot tub didnt work. My husband and i were on a stay cation and just wanted to relax away from home and it was a disaster the lamps in the rooms didnt work we couldnt charge our phones. My husband requested a lamp so we could charge our phone they never brought one.

The first thing I noticed after checking in was when I got onto the elevator there was cardboard and painter's tape lining the walls. Once I got up to the floor I was staying on, it looked like something out of a horror film due to remodeling the entire floor. The room numbers were taped onto the top of the doorways in sharpie. Once I finally found my room, upon entry I noticed there were cutouts in the wall with wires showing, and one of the switches going into the bathroom fell off upon contact. For the price, it was not worth it at all.

Horrible front desk and management. Under construction not advertised pool and hot tubs closed. The room exposed outlet boxes auto lights not working shut off while using toilet and shower multiple times no pens, paper or channel guide in room, cold, noisy but clean. Employees and cleaning staff great but manager and desk personnel a disaster and no customer service training. I felt like I was ordering soup from the mean soup guy on Seinfeld show. I will never stay at this depressing sad hotel ever again

I had specifically reserved a room with 2 double size beds and a pull out couch. When I checked in we were given a room with only 2 queen size beds. The front desk stated "we ran out and this is all we have left". Well, what is the point of a reservation if they are going to give your specific room away? The front desk blamed it on ******* stating that because I made my reservation through a 3rd party and there is nothing they can do. I was given a roll-away bed but the room was tiny so there was hardly enough room for my family.

I prepaid for this stay through *******. ******* informed me that Hampton Inn would charge a certain pet fee. It was high but acceptable. When I got to Hampton Inn, they charged me even more the for pet stay. I showed them the info I received from ******* but they did not care. At this point, I feel that I do not know what the Hampton Inn will charge me for a stay.

You sent us to the wrong address. The address that you had on the booking that I made was a half hour south of where the actual hotel was one hour out of our way. If we would have gone the full distance, I decided to call ahead to verify my reservation and found out the address was totally different than the one you had on your website very disappointed with *******. !!!
