Man behind the counter said ********** rejected payment and charged the card for the room. When I showed him the confirmation he said only the manager could fix it and she wouldn’t be in till morning. She was late of course. Plus the man could barely speak English terrible experience

Guest above us sounded like they were heavily pacing back and forth off and on until around 11:00 then started up again before 6:30 am. Told desk person around 9:30 but clearly didn’t help. Hard to get a good night’s sleep. Also, shower drain was very slow.

Very clean. Felt safe. Spacious room. Breakfast and cleaning staff were extremely kind and thoughtful!

Heater was working properly. It took three hours to reach the temperature set. Bathroom entrance had a loose tile . Chain for window shade broke and the first handyman claimed it was fixed and it wasn't.

The room was very nice and exactly what we needed. My son had a remote job interview and the desk/living room area was the perfect setting. No view of the rest of the room! The bathroom was very nice, too. But, the most surprising feature was the walk-in closet! The staff was very accommodating when we requested a late checkout. Honestly, I will look for SpringHill Suites by Marriott for future hotel needs.

Beautiful, new rooms with streaming services as well as cable television. Service through front desk was not customer friendly.

We always choose to stay here when we are in the area. Amazing hotel! Clean, New, awesome staff, and Amazing Breakfast! Oh and most of all...Comfortable Beds!!

Clean room and public areas. Practical design of the rooms. Definitely newly built. Very comfortable bed. Good breakfast. They kept it replenished throughout the 630-900 service time. Staff was professional and friendly. Definitely will stay again when in the area.
