舒適飯店(Comfort Inn Garden City)

La verdad sucio , espejos paredes puertas , no había jabón para lav**** las manos , la tina de baño el agua se iba lento , sábanas amarillas , no había para planchar el aire del baño no funcionaba la recepcionista de la mañana cara de enojada y trataba mal a las personas cuando preguntábamos por algo … sinceramente no fue lo mejor .

Excelente instalaciones y lo que no me gusto es que a la hora del desayuno dice hasta las 9am y la sra empezo a recoger ya las 8 y 45 dicienfo que ya iba a cerrar me parecio de mal gusto

The property was in a decent location close to shopping centers. Pool area and exercise room could use a little upkeep. Overall, I enjoyed my stay.

The room was in need of upgrading. Bathroom tub was discoloured. Shower fixture was leaking. Furniture needed replacement. Found hair on the bathroom floor which was not cleaned by staff.

Good stay. Rooms were clean and beds were comfortable and the restroom was clean also.

The hotel is a bit run down and not in the best shape. Our room faced the highway and was noisy until late. The bed was firm with what appeared to be children’s pillows. We have stayed at many comfort inns over the years and this one’s near the bottom. I’d spend a bit more money next time and stay somewhere else if we were in the area

Overall it was okay. The breakfast was the only thing that was good. The room was musty smelling but clean. The bathroom was in not the best shape, it looked the bathtub had been repaired and they never finished it and the stopper was missing as well. The pool was not the best either, sticky fly traps hanging around and a cold hot tub with no one or no way to adjust the heat. The last thing is the side door that goes to the parking lot that requires a room key tk get in was broken and was just left open to whomever wanted to wander in along with 40 degree chill, and the front desk didn't know anything about or do anything about it. So overall the breakfast was good and the beds were good, and everything else was bad. Would I stay again? Probably not. I personally would give a different hotel a try.

PROPERTY WAS VERY DATED ,BATHROOM NOT UP TO ANY STANDERDS ,MOLD ON SHOWER FLOOR ,PHONE CORD BROKEN ,TV REMOTE MISSING ,HAD TO GO TO FRONT TO GET ANOTHER ,DID NOT WORK PROPERLY ,9 DAYS AWAY FROM HOME WORST OVER NITE STAY EVER

Our stay was okay . The microwave didn’t work we told the front desk and nothing was able to be done only choice was to use the lobby’s and with kids that’s just too much of a hassle. And to top it off the AC didn’t cool it was like 99 outside and once again nothing was able to be done the room felt muggy since the AC on high cool didn’t work over all it was okay front desk girl said she would talk to the manager but we have yet to see if they refund anything to us.
