Rushed review: The hotel is clean, quiet, has gorgeous decor, with friendly and helpful staff. Jocelyn and xxxx were amazing!
There's a gym, spa and a heated pool too which I'm yet to go in, but the layout is lovely with easy access throughout.
The only downside was that there was maintenance happening in the room next door, so there was occasional drilling but it was brief and bearable.

The room had a window meant for a basement 6 feet off the ground, it was musty damp and dark. The Room was also on the banquet floor (very few rooms on this floor) I can only assume it’s bc of the ******* booking I was given the worst room on the property lacking natural light.

Belle établissement.Bémol ..Nous avons été prendre une consommation moi et ma conjointe avec une entrée au bar le patio de l hôtel...Nous avons régler la facture en laissant un pourboire....par la suite l'hôtel nous a recharger un montant de 25$ txs supplémentaire...j ai discuter avec la personne concernée et on me disait que c'était dans la politique de l établissement...je vais y réfléchir deux avant d aller prendre une consommation

Staff left front desk unattended frequently. To not have have room service from at least 7 am - 10 am 7 days week at a 5 star hotel is ridiculous. That alone will cause me to find lodging elsewhere which is a shame as I have always stayed here when I come to NY from San Diego because of a death in the family. Brian the Bellman was a stand out and could not have been more helpful to me.

Beautiful location, high end appoin**ents, but the staff is the BEST! Make sure to say hello to Vicente in the restaurant, he took such good care of us and his pleasant conversation was a highlight.

Old world luxury and elegance! Our stay was absolutely beautiful from start to finish. The staff is the best we've even experienced. Everyone had a genuine friendliness and helpfulness.
