花園飯店(Hotel Garden)

Hotel Garden wordt al tientallen jaren gerund door de familie Zermini en dat is te merken. Heel vriendelijk en gastvrij, we kwamen van het vliegveld en konden gelijk mee ontbijten. Heerlijk zwembad, absoluut geen handdoekje leggen, heerlijke lunches en ons balkon van onze kamer keek uit op het zwembad en Gardameer. 10 minuten lopen naar het meer en het centrum van Garda. Wij komen beslist terug. Aanrader!

The crowning glory at this Hotel are the Staff and the high level of customer service they provide, they cannot do enough for you during your stay. This is a great location for the town, ferry and lake. We had a Lake View and balcony and it was well worth the extra cost. Overall cleanliness was extremely high. Room was furnished in an Italian style and very comfortable. If I personally owned the room I would probably have it on my list for a "freshen up" at some point, including the bathroom, which was a little dated. However these comments should not take away the fact it was a nice comfortable, generally well maintained room. We could only find one plug for charging phones in the room and luckily brought an extension lead. There was also no tea and coffee facilities in the room, albeit there appeared some available on a trolley near reception at times. Breakfast was very good, including cake !. Omelettes cooked to order were delicious. Outdoor gym was well equipped and a lovely pool. We had a great stay, and the negative comments are more aimed at further improving this lovely hotel and we have no hesitation in recommending it.

This is a lovely family run hotel in Garda only 5 mins walk from the town and the Lake. The garden is immaculate as is the pool and outdoor seating area and 3 well kept tennis courts. The hotel might be older and smaller than some but is friendly, comfortable and relaxing. We had a lovely room with large terrace and views of the lake. All the staff are efficient friendly and helpful and it is obvious the family run the hotel with love and pride. Lucas who runs the bar every evening, deserves a mention for his language skills, his interesting chats and the way he keeps his bar and lounge area. We had a very relaxing week in a lovely hotel.

Hidden gem of Garda . Everything about this hotel is top class, lovely family run hotel , excellent facilities, great location you just don’t want to leave it. The staff are dedicated to helping you have a memorable holiday.

Hotel is a nice size family run hotel. Very clean, staff very attentive to your needs.Breakfast very good, concierge helpful and informative in organising trips. Hotel is so convenient for ferries across the lake, for local buses around the lake, and within short walking distance to many local restaraunts and bars.Excellent base to use to enjoy Lake Garda.

Lovely hotel in a quiet location, only a five minute stroll to the lake front and all the restaurants. Bus stop a leisurely 10-15 minute stroll to visit all the beauty this lake provides. Port ferry 5 minutes away to pop on a ferry boat to access other lakeside towns by water. The beds were so comfortable and always fresh. Air conditioning a bit old but works fine. Decor in bedroom also bit dated, but did not detract from overall effect. Breakfast plentiful, cappuccino delicious. Omelettes made to order were delicious. Poolside lovely and clean, staff very helpful Would I stay again, yes definitely! Perfect quaint small hotel..

Just come back from a week at this beautiful hotel...service, rooms, pool, food, staff all awesome. The hotel is perfectly located for exploring the stunning Lake Garda. Close enough to walk to the main area of Garda and the ferry but far enough out for peaceful days by the pool. Thank you to everyone for making our stay so memorable... The Bradys room 114

What a great find, after much research we decided to go here and would heartily recommend it! The staff are great as mentioned in other reviews, the breakfasts are good and the location is ideal. The pool area and the whole grounds are spotlessly clean. The hotel was very quiet on a night time which was really appreciated considering how in some hotels you can hear your neighbours, but we couldn’t hear a thing! Definitely a highly recommended hotel, only minor thing and don’t let this put you off would be slightly dated decor in the rooms (although very italian) and a very small shower, a larger person would struggle to fit in.

Just a fantastic hotel with friendly staff, good rooms and excellent facilities. The homely family feel all the staff provide raises this hotel to the next level. Don’t expect super modern rooms, but do expect great location, lovely pool area and a lunch menu that will meet all requirements. We will be back next year
