Wonderful experience..The entire staff was extremely polite..warm welcoming..they made us feel very comfortable..Manas was very friendly he guided us nearby local places to see around..we have stayed in lemon tree in various states never been disappointed with there hospitality..food is excellent..hygiene rooms..entire staff is soft spoken..no complaints..

Visited In last week of May,good and comfortable stay,chef Palash and Sapna were very hospitalable during our stay and Mr.Lakshya assistant Manager guided us very well and was warm and very welcoming.Jain food was available at our request.All in all a good stay.

A really fabulous experience at Lemon Tree Gangtok . The entire staff was so well behaved and soft spoken . Cheerfully happy to assist . Yummy food with an extensive variety to choose from . Spacious rooms and the house keeping by Nirmala and Prakash was excellent. Had a heavely experience at their spa which is very nicely done up . We really felt very special and well looked after . A SPECIAL shout out for LAKSHYA JOSHI the assistant Hotel manager for personally taking care of us and ensuring we have a lovely stay . Thank you to all staff n management of LEMON TREE GANGTOK. 😊

This is one unique place where outstanding service wins over scenic views! Yes, the place may may have outstanding views, but I was super impressed with their customer service. 1. The Assistant Manager of the property was ensuring there were no stone unturned. Kudos ! 2. The restaurant has good variety. Chef Palash impressed me by going out of the way & ascertained dishes were of highest quality. 3. The restaurant service is a must call out, specifically Mr. Zintel & Ms. Sapna were ensuring everything in order.. importantly with a smiling face. Inner beauty wins over external appearance!!! Keep it up Lemon Tree. Looks you are onboarding the right talents.

Too good experience to stay at Lemon Tree Gangtok. Awesome food and best cooperative , humble staffs. Restaurant food at Citrus Cafe was awesome, hygiene and very tasty. Good change of menu is also observed across the stay. Good Gesture of Manish. All the best!

We stayed at Lemon Tree Gangtok for four nights. Good, spacious rooms. Convenient location. The entire staff is very courteous and helpful. Always eager to make you feel comfortable and guide you to places around. Good restaurant with lovely spreads for breakfast and dinner. Chef Palash went out of his way to prepare something special to our liking.

A great place with all the amenities. Would definitely like to visit there again. The staff is friendly and helpful with all the amenities required. It even has a small gift shop which is quite reasonably priced and has a lot of good stuff. The front desk is also helpful and provides tourist help.
