沒有關於房間或房間清潔度的抱怨。但是前台工作人員很粗魯，對我們很差。我什至接到了一個旅行工作人員的電話並與他們交談，他們也經歷了同樣的事情。

Nada me gustó menos el precio,igual a un hotel 4 estrellas ,mi problema que no encontré uno disponible ,al entrar al hotel todo fue desagradable la limpieza y todo lo demás muy malo

Super buena y económico la verdad la habitación es pequeña pero muy limpia una ubicación perfecto para la playa y la piscina esta demasiado buena 👍

Enjoy our stay, very reasonable for 1 night prior to a cruise. Older hotel, staff was friendly, beds were comfortable, clean. Just an older bldg and older carpet.

Terrible experience with this hotel. Booked through *******/Orbitz when the hotel was The Beachcomber and had free cruise parking. It was changed to a Motel 6, so I called when I discovered this to verify the cruise parking would still be free. They confirmed over the phone it would, even with a 3rd party booking. Arrived at the hotel and was informed that all ******* bookings had been canceled (folks checking in in front of me had the same issue). Odd, because nobody called me or refunded me. I had to contact ******* to get them to refund my money after they then had to call the hotel and verify the hotel in fact canceled my booking. Of course they would let me book at the new rate and pay $10/day to park, how very nice. I got my refund and left this horrible, mismanaged hotel. Whoever manages this hotel should be absolutely ashamed of this excuse for customer service.
