La persona de recepción de hoy sábado 18 de marzo me trató pésimo, me negó servicio de resguardo de equipaje y literalmente dijo que si lo dejaba y algo desaparecía, era mi responsabilidad. ¿Que clase de empleados tiene comfort inn?

Quick check in & out. Very clean & quiet. Spent one night on the way South. Watch out for hotel’s incidental $250.00.

Room was spacious and comfortable, breakfast was very good, staff was nice and efficient. Only thing not right was the dresser that the tv was on was a bit beat up and chipped, and the jacuzzi was not working

This is our second time staying and we were pleased once again. The rooms smell amazing and are very clean. Amenities are nice and also clean. Breakfast is great and the staff is very friendly. We will definitely be back when we are in the area again.

The room was fine but the Tv did not work at all. We asked were offered to switch rooms and did so to find out that that tv also did not work. I asked to speak to a manager and was offered to switch rooms again to one with a Jacuzzi. My kids and I had already switched our belongings once so another time was not acceptable. I am applying for a FULL refund for my stay.

Little gem sitting off the highway behind little mall. Nice and quiet, well kept, and great beds

The front desk staffs were friendly. I found our room had a musty smell, but it was clean. The hotel breakfast was just okay.

I was told I was going to be refunded since I had to cancel my reservation. It has been 5 days and I still have yet to hear back from customer service. The hotel refused my request to cancel my reservation and claimed management would have to process my cancellation which also never happened

Nice realatively new hotel. Nice clean rooms and a decent breakfast

My stay here was great! We checked in late at night at staff was there at the front desk to greet and check my family in. Very friendly staff and the room was clean and spacious. Had breakfast started at 6 I think. Had a good variety of option to eat. Was a little hard to find, it was behind the buildings in the shopping center. Overall my stay was great

Clean, safe stop for the night while travelling through. Breakfast was good, ac was quiet, bed was comfortable.

Positives: Continental breakfast offered a variety of options. The hotel establishment is clean and safe. The staff are courteous and hardworking. Negatives: the shower/tub handle was loose and the didn’t hook on the temperature gauge. Air conditioning filter needed to be changed- had a damp smell. Windows could be opened which allowed air a natural breeze to filter the air.

Clean and friendly service. Room was very large with loveseat and ottomans. I would highly recommend.

The hotel is so hidden that it is hard to find. Especially if you're not familiar with the area.
