Day shift receptionist was AWSOME but the evening guy was rude!! Love the place though I was very happy

It was an awesome stay, just overnight but a very pleasant one, and to be remembered, and will be back again

Needs a total remodel Gave us the wrong room so we had to move which was good because that room smelled and the air conditioner/heater was busted up. The next room wasn’t that great either because the couch and the chair was dirty. The so-called full breakfast was a joke. This hotel definitely needs to be remodeled.

This property did not meet my expectations. Several basic amenities were lacking, including food provisions, entertainment options such as television, and more. Although I paid for a room with a kitchenette, no kitchenware was provided. I also had to report a ventilation issue in the bathroom, as well as problems accessing the TV. Additionally, the bed was extremely uncomfortable and far from satisfactory.

Blood and a lot of black hair in the sheets when we left where my blonde cousin slept. I ***** the beds to make sure we weren’t leaving anything on the way out. Fawl.

Guy at the front desk was helpful. But he worked by himself which caused a problem. The tv remote didn’t work. He had to come fix it. The shower didn’t have hot water. We literally had to turn it just right for it to work. The pull out couch had crumbs all over. The sheets in the closet had hair all over it. The couch was completely dirty.
