除了櫃枱小姐，其他員工都很友好很熱情。比如Nuoni就很贊。因為水災和滑坡，我們的計劃必須臨時修改，Nuoni整個像旅行中介一樣幫我們，推薦景點、幫我們安排行程。我們多了個好朋友。這裏絕對是烏納瓦圖納最好的酒店。

超級棒的一家酒店，設施好，位置好，自助早餐堪比午晚餐的標準。酒店的露天鹹水泳池，乾淨而且浮力好，麪相大海，打起一個個浪頭，太贊了。我們住的家庭套房，打開天窗，陽光照進來，太愜意了。

這是一間完美的小型家庭酒店。酒店恰好位於邊境貿易站的中心，這太棒了。那經營酒店的女士非常樂於助人。房間很舒適，大小適中。床很舒服，熱水很好，蚊帳沒有洞。樓上有沖茶或咖啡的地方，可以坐着享用。這非常棒！我不知道加勒旅遊高峯期的消費，因為我們來的時候正是7月份，但是在城裡大部分東西很貴（按斯里蘭卡的標準）,讓人感覺這實在是需要討價還價一番。

酒店房間很大，偏日式的風格，很棒👍👍，無敵海景，可惜近海不太藍，距離Galle古城堡很近，突突車講講價300盧比一趟，古堡還是值得逛逛

Absolutely loved this hotel! Just finished a whistle stop tour of Sri Lanka. 9 hotels in 14 days ranging from small boutiques to large complexes and this was arguably my favorite of the lot! We stayed in the Pool room which as the name suggests had access to both the pool and the beach. Plenty of room for 2 teens and 2 adults and very tastefully furnished. A wonderful Sri Lankan breakfast (easily the best breakfast of my trip). Nice bar area and pool also which the kids enjoyed. However, its the staff that really make this venue. Friendly, cheerful, helpful. They are everything the hospitality trade should be. This is a little gem of a hotel!

I stayed few times at this hotel of which one time 2 months. It is central and close to everything. The rooms are very comfortable and there is also a communal kitchenette. The owner gave me access to the gym for free which was ofcourse a great service. I had room number one which gave me full view to the ocean as well as the backside village which I really enjoyed. I highly recommend this place

Kumu is a beautifully appointed guest house, beach front with five star service. Our daughter decided to have her destination wedding at the property, which was amazing. The staff made sure the day was memorable with a dash of Sri Lankan culture, which included traditional Sri Lankan dancers and singers, concluding with a delicious Sri Lankan Feast for all the family. Our Australian family of all ages really enjoyed the property, especially relaxing and swimming in the lovely pool. We had a variety of room types and all were well appointed and luxurious. Breakfast which is included in the tariff was the best we had in Sri Lanka. The massage was awesome and just what we all needed after travelling. Could not fault this property or its staff. The staff organised day trips to amazing Galle Fort which is only a short drive away. We hope to return as it was such a wonderful accommodation. It is awesome for groups and families and also works for couples. Social hour is a fabulous chance to enjoy a GnT with other guests. We enjoyed the company of the other guests that were from all over the world. If you prefer a quiet Social Hour there are plenty of locations on the property that you can enjoy a private drink or two. Walks on the beach are especially romantic as it is very private with hardly any people on it. However, if you are travelling with a group or a large family, and do not wish to rent a villa, this is the perfect location. The staff go above and beyond to make sure everyone has an incredible time.

Shinagawa Beach was a delightful escape for our family. The serene environment, coupled with pristine beaches, provided the perfect backdrop for relaxation. The staff's hospitality was remarkable; they made sure every aspect of our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. We particularly loved the variety of activities available, from lounging by the beach to exploring nearby attractions. The food at the on-site restaurant was delicious, offering a mix of local and international cuisine. Overall, it was a memorable family vacation that we would love to repeat.

We were supposed to stay her for two nights but added another to our itinerary. It's a relaxing and beautiful place for families and friends. The rooms are clean and spacious. Housecleaning is also calling to check if anything is needed . The restaurant has a variety of foods from around the world. The onsite spa has reasonably priced packages and the turtle sanctuary has many sea life to look at.
