Ahu Bay resort is practically brand new and perfect. The rooms are modern, and sparkling clean! The setting is spectacular resting right on the beach. The sound of the waves add a totally relaxing atmosphere. Every one of the staff are kind, thoughtful and attentive. The food is superb and the talented chief is also happy to make anything special you might like to request. The beautiful infinity pool beckons, or walk down a flight of stairs to the white sand beach and the waves below. Lounge chairs are available on the beach. For additional relaxing comfort a complete Spa experience is available! Another 10 out of 10 experience!

Overall, it was an enjoyable stay although in some respects it was inferior to other hotels I stayed in on the holiday. The pools were great and so was the view from the room. The room itself was alright - quite basic but sufficient. We did have problems with a leak in the ceiling which was promptly addressed by staff but still a little annoying. In general the staff were lovely: in particular Chamindu in the restaurant, a security guard who called me and my partner over to show us turtles on the beach (sorry, can't remember his name) and the guy working the sunloungers at the lower pool. The weakest part was probably the food. It wasn't bad exactly, it was just worse than the food in all the other hotels I stayed in.

Schöne Hotelanlade. Pool mit Blick auf die Festung sowie auf das Meer. Außerdem gibt es zum Hotel auch noch einen kleinen direkten Zugang zu einer Bucht in der Man dann auch im Meer schwimmen kann wenn man mehr auf Natur und Salzwasser steht. Zimmer geräumig und sauber. Essen kann nicht bewertet werden, da wir vor dem Frühstück schon weiter mussten

2023.9.28出發來到斯裏蘭卡，入住加勒古堡的Amangalla酒店，一家打卡的第六家安縵，感覺非常棒。Amangalla建於17世紀，前身是荷蘭的軍事指揮部，後來成為斯裏蘭卡的第一家酒店，1995被安縵集團收購，酒店不大，但是麻雀雖小 五臟俱全，有游泳池、按摩池、瑜伽室等，可以體會當地刮臉服務和足底按摩。 Amangalla是我住過的最小的一家安縵，在加勒古城的正中間，到燈塔10分鐘走路路程。周圍吃喝玩樂非常方便，有一家the tuna and the crab餐廳，是科倫坡米其林一星餐廳的兄弟店，銀子夠的話可以嘗一下。 一定要選擇他的茶園巡遊項目，中間還會帶你去看海龜孵化基地和高蹺釣魚。非常有趣，雖然我高蹺釣魚的時候掉下來踩到了岩石，受了傷，但是收穫了有趣的照片和難得的人生體驗。加勒古城也是非常值得轉的，amangalla可以安排車和導遊，酒店就在古城中心，位置好，去哪都很方便。雖然我高蹺釣魚掉海裏，把腳劃破了。總起來說，還是很有趣的經歷。 斯裏蘭卡的兩家安縵和之前住的幾家不一樣，離科倫坡比較遠，不提供免費接送機服務，我們五個人是大車amangalla接機費用大約400美金。需要注意的是兩個安縵有連續訂多少天的活動一般需要從官網定才算數，從攜程代理訂不算。

房子非常高級簡潔，自然生態的環境讓人感覺舒服，衹要備好防蚊液，注意隨手關好門。房東自己設計的房屋整體造型藝術而且細節用心，乾淨清爽，尤其是open的露天浴室讓人印象深刻！在舟車勞頓六天後疲乏的狀態下，洗了一個超爽的澡，讓人神清氣爽！房東耐心細致詢問我們每個人對早餐的喜好，在藍色泳池和猴子盪着鞦韆的樹邊，享用了一頓非常豐富美味的早餐！甚至每個人都有一份精心煎制的雙蛋！超棒的住宿體驗！

酒店特別溫馨 不同於隔壁加勒堡酒店的華麗印度風格 酒店更像極簡風格的修道院 中井有一顆大菩提樹 房間設施簡潔充滿現代感 冰箱飲品免費 有咖啡機 一天打掃兩次 更注重服務。位置一流 就在古堡內 去哪兒都近 晚上聽着印度洋的洶湧澎湃入睡

This was the second stop on this island, and we were very lucky with the choice of this Hotel. A wonderful room, everything is thought out and done with taste.Comfortable. We were very warmly welcomed here. The people was very helpful and unobtrusively helped us. incomparable breakfasts, specially selected for you. A hospitable place that we didn't want to leave and stayed here for a while longer. we highly recommend visiting this hospitable and kind people
