Although it takes you about 15 minutes to get   'guesthouse' from Galle-railway station, along the main street on the way to 'guesthouse ',there is a big supermarket   with eat-in space. So,it will be  convenient for you to go shopping  the daily necessities and foods. A friendly owner runs this guesthouse.  As he seemed to take an interest in  studying about the foreign cultures,  especially East Asian. I was so absorbed in a  conversation  with  him  until late at night.  In the guest house property,  there is not a big swimming pool for guests,  but also a lot of tropical tree...  for instance,Guava,Cinnamon , Mango  trees and so on. Maybe you will feel like you have a something of an adventure while taking a turn in the garden. A guest room l spent  was a large one  with a mosquito net and an electric fan. Although my room doesn't have air- conditioning,  it is relatively comfortable for me to stay in one-night.  If I have a chance to go on  a trip in Galle,  I would like to visit here again.
