服務態度很好，地段好，高速公路出入口附近，鄰近多個商業圈購物中心，衞生環境亦佳，酒店還提供附近多家餐廳不限次數九折卷。

房間很小，位置一般，但有早餐！還是萬豪吧！

我喜歡我住的房間，不喜歡房間有輕微的氣味。

The front desk provides excellent service. They even went the extra mile to put us in our favorite room without our asking. It made us feel special to be remembered. The room was very clean and smelled fresh. There was no heavy air freshener or chemical smell like they were trying to cover up an order. Excellent breakfast. We especially enjoyed the sausage, eggs and coffee. This is our official place to stay when we visit family in Gathersburg. Almost forgot to include that the bed was really comfortable.

The staff was really friendly. Location was very convenient for me to visit family. The parking lot felt safe. Breakfast was good. The hotel could use some updates. The carpet was a little outdated. Bathroom door in the room had water damage. The gap around my room door was so huge that I could see the hallway. I could also hear other guests slamming their doors. In general, the place was clean however, the chair and my room was full of dirt and someone else’s nail clippings.

I really liked this for a basic hotel. It was very comfortable and had a diverse clientele. Room was in good condition. Downstairs lobby was clean and seemed to serve a hardy breakfast, though I had other plans. I knew going in that the location isn't particularly walkable to interesting attractions, but it's well located for getting on several highways or on the Metro in order to get around Montgomery County and the DC area. You could walk to the Metro station.

Stayed there during a brief trip to greater DC and MD. Once lived in the area, and had heard good things about this Comfort Inn near intersection of Shady Grove Road & 355. I was pleased. Had a later start from my point of departure, so I called reception informing about my late arrival. No worries, per Sandy. (Thanks!) I finally arrived very late, and Frank at the desk was courteous and helpful checking me in, saying I could stay to noon if I wanted. Had to leave around 11:00 a.m. anyways. The hotel was convenient, and room clean and comfy -- as advertised. A nice, light breakfast. Will stay again.

The staff was phenomenal in handling the big groups of people going in and out while we were there. Everyone had a smile and something nice to say to us. We stayed for five days, as we were there for a funeral and the whole stay was great. The outdoor garden in an urban / suburban hotel was a real gem and the additional outdoor space complete with barbecue grill and HORSESHOES just made what could have been a dreary stay even better.

Realmente nos sentimos muy bien, un hotel limpio , su personal amable, habitación comfortable, volvería a hospedarme allí, me quedó muy cerca la estacion de buses y metro para transport**** y una placita de tiendas cerca.
