観光地からもアクセスが良かった。サービスも悪くはなかった。

因為早上10點就提早到酒店，櫃台人員還是讓我提早入住，隔天退房的時候服務人員也貼心地幫我把行李提到tutu司機車子旁

Для индийской 3*, довольно достойно. Два раза брала номер делюкс. Номер хороший. Душевая изолировать от туалета, но подтекает. Плохая герметичность. Проблемы с розетками для наших вилок. Нужен переходник, так как просто вываливается из них. В этот раз было рваный пододеяльник. Для делюкса считаю это неприемлемым. Полотенца сильно воняли хлоркой. Вкусно кормят. Повторю что в сравнении с 3* в Дели, это отличный отель. Читала что жалуются на музыку. Я была в будние дни. Мне не мешала, т к в 11 часов было уже тихо. В выходные возможно музыка из верхнего ресторана играет долго. Имеются номера без окон. Уточняйте при бронировании

Before booking any rooms here please be aware thyat none of the rooms except the taj view rooms have any windows. The hotel people conveniently hide this fact at the time of booking. Also the rooms are dark, small and have no comfort feelings. Hospitality is zero and when we checked in we asked for some drinking water which never came. The hotel receptionists are uncaring and do not make you feel welcome at all. Please do not book any rooms here unless this is the only available hotel in Agra.

Service at hotel was amazing! Every thing clean and nice! Rajneesh was super kind and profesional and every thing was amazing… thank you very much! We enjoy food! Rooms were amazing and clean… All details were excellent! We feel safe and considered!

Great place - it has a very polished, upmarket feel. Shower was sensational and my bed was comfortable although I did have to flip over the mattress (always a good hack in old hotels). Staff were friendly and breakfast was simple but nice. Location is on a main road a bit away from the Taj area but still fine for Ubers etc. Less impressed with the rooftop restaurant. They were playing blaring loud dance music even though there were only a couple of tables in. And it’s very overpriced - 280 rupees for a bowl of rice.

Adequate and safe. The facility is quite cold in winter. Adjoining restaurant was good. No USB ports for charging phones. Poor quality toiletries. Great water pressure in shower.

Despite its promising name, the Taj view room disappointingly offers no actual view of the iconic monument. The paradoxical situation leaves guests anticipating a breathtaking sight only to find it absent, questioning the accuracy of marketing claims and emphasizing the importance of ***aging expectations in hospitality.

The hotel is best for your stay all rooms are well with all amenities in the room sucha peaceful stay all the members of hotel Front Desk/Room Service/ House keeping staff are very good obedient to towards the guest I m only disappointed by local transport would not get easily here though the hotel is located on main road of yumuna bridge but no auto no Ola uber driver are available from here really task to find the local autos here to go anywhere now come to food of the hotel food is very good n quantity n quality was nice but price is very much higher side for stay Hotel alleviate is best option in Agra so far Comfortable with peace of mind ,rooms catogary are good go for executive taj facing room n suit room they have deluxe category room without windows so choose executive n suit room only

Wonderful experience in Hotel alleviate Great hotel. The staff is wonderful amazing and caring. Always willing to help and goes above and beyond. The rooms are clean. Buffet breakfast and dinner offers variety of food. And the rooftop café hichkee is amazing I would stay here again..Especially front desk staff 😊

Very well located hotel with river and Taj Mahal view - weather permitting.

I don’t even think they even deserve one star. We came from USA and did the booking in Holiday Inn. We were driving and got late and our booking got canceled. My wife found this hotel from internet and came here. She booked family suite. Came here and our first interaction with Ajit. Ajit told that there will be 1000 rupees extra for extra adult. We agreed. We told we have 4 kids and they are all under age of 10. He told it will be fine and there will be no charges for kids. We checked the room and came downstairs and Ajit changed his story. The General ***ager Darbar Khan said that it will be 4500 for kids. My wife told that first we were being told something different. Darbar Khan was very rude and his behavior was very inappropriate. His voice was very loud and my kids to give I.D. My kids did not understand Hindi. Instead of providing suite, he gave us two different deluxe room. Charged us for Taj view, where you can not even see anything. My wife asked Darbar Khan to give ***aging Director number or email which he never provided. I wish i never paid him. I am stuck here for next two days. I wish the M.D see this review and hope he can talk to us. Darbar Khan you are one of the worst person I have ever met. You should not be in this position. Horrible customer service. Please think before you even consider staying in this hotel.
