We had a nice stay with using laundry. Breakfast was good with eggs, some meat, porridge/yogurt and fresh self-made waffles. They also serve popcorn and cookies throughout the day, as well as coffee and/or tea.

Stayed on my way to and from a road trip to visit family. Very clean, super nice staff. As a female traveling alone I felt safe and comfortable. I would definitely stay again and recommend to others.

I initially selected this hotel because of low cost and location, but was pleasantly surprised at the value. Things I enjoyed were the friendly, attentive customer service, quiet atmosphere, great complimentary breakfast, fresh baked cookies, popcorn and coffee available throughout the day, clean and comfortable room, lots of soft pillows on bed, ample space and lighting, no disturbances by cleaning service until day of checkout, and a pool! My only recommendation is to expand and relocate the gym to a larger room space. I will definitely book another stay here in the future.

I liked my room..end room 3rd floor..Nice accessible shower..no noise,rowdy people. All guests I encountered were polite and cordial. Breakfast was nice...Good Selection :) Staff all pleasant..only one bump in the road , but worked out in the Morning with Ms. Alice..Very accommodating..Pool Small but serves it's purpose and my Grandies had Fun!! Popcorn adds a nice touch.. The one thing that was a little off was Placing of Trash by Elevators.. ?? And a bit of a perfume type freshner scent from the AC..I'm highly sensitve so I had to neutralize it a little.. My Family had a room that adjoined on 2nd floor, but luckily had no noisy next door hotel guests so that was so nice!!! Thanks for a nice peaceful stay at a decent refurbished hotel in Gainesville.. 😎👍

This was a basically adequate location, but scuffed and smelling of mildew. This often happens in older locations in hot, humid environments.

It definitely exceeded my expectations. The room was nice and clean. The breakfast was great, and staff was extremely helpful. I will definitely return.

Easy check in, clean room, comfortable bed, & quiet at night.Loved the free parking! Front desk staff was wonderful. Will definitely return.

Bathroom wallpaper stapled up in places, carpets in room worn, we were on non-smoking floor yet smelled like smoke
