蓋恩斯維爾英迪格飯店(Hotel Indigo Gainesville-Celebration Pointe)

Hotel is in about 4 miles from the UF campus and football stadium, easy ride away in a quit newly developed shops/recreation/business area. Free parking in parking structure, pleasant and quick check in and out. Our room was nicely modern decorated, clean, no odor. Bedsheets were fresh & comfortable. We had no warm water in the morning for shower, late evening was no issue. A/C was quite loud, person sleeping right next to an a/c vent woke up every time a/c turned on. Bad design. We would come back, just need to check the location of A/C in particular room.

Checked in late, water was COLD for shower. Checked faucet, also cold. Ac was loud and beside bed, was a little much trying to sleep. Probably could have spent more effort on design and less on decor. I assume water issue was some eco energy saving mumbo jumbo, just like the indigo I stayed at a few weeks prior where the lights wouldn’t come on completely for a few minutes. Asked at front desk, she said they all do that. That’s insane. As far as the water at this indigo, it was actually hot the next morning. So that was at least a bright spot. I doubt I’ll stay at an indigo again, too much effort spent in trendy decor and unasked for eco saving tricks. I’d prefer lights that were bright enough to see when turned on and hot water

We parked in a very secure deck, then walked to dinner. We had dinner at Spurrier’s Grill. The food and service were wonderful. We only spent the night, on our way to another destination. So, we did not look around the area.

Hotel Indigo is the perfect getaway for me when i visit my Gator at UF. Close to shopping, I can even walk to restaurants.

Great spot for a business trip - convenient to my client, great food, and walking distance to other choices should you want a change of pace if your stay is longer. Quiet, great parking - everything I need.

We had a wonderful stay. Everything was great but the staff was exceptional. They went above and beyond when our plans changed and were super accommodating. From check-in to check out- they did a great job. We also appreciated the festive happy hour that was included!

This is our (my wife and I) getaway spot. Although we’re locals.. there’s nothing like getting away from the house for the weekend and don’t have to travel hours away to feel like we got away!!

Very clean & comfortable. Friendly staff. Food, pleasantly superior! Only negative was the flashing smoke alarm light and the red light inside the wall grill. We had to cover those to sleep!
