Fairfield Inn & Suites Gainesville I-35

Everything was smooth and area was clean! Check out was not a hassle at all! Will be back!

The front desk was very friendly and gave us a few pointers about the area we visited. I enjoyed the clean room and hotel overall. The king bed was so comfortable and was needed from a long traveling exhaustion. My only complaint would be the continental breakfast. By the time we left, there was nothing available and selection was limited. Minor considering it was continental but a nice addition for hotel stayers.

Nothing in the room to sit on except a short desk chair. When we askeb they said company wants minimalist. The breakfast was 1 soggy ham croissant. They unwrapped It and left it in a steamer. The muffins were rock hard as well as the bagels. There was a waffle maker. Also in the picture note the reading lamp no where to sit

The staff was amazing very friendly. They were very accommodating with our . Ginger provided such great customer service super friendly and always smiling and greeted everyone in such a wonderful manner! Will definitely consider staying here again.

There was a group of young children snd their parents. Friday night it was like a playground inside the lobby snd breakfast area. Kids were running all over the hotel. I have never seen anything like this. I looked for the manager snd she could not be found. When I did find her about a half hour later she said she would try snd get it under control. This was at 10:30. Finally is came to an end . Then the next morning for breakfast it starts again however the day manager was able to get it under control immediately.

Breakfast was horrible. Not enough choices. They ran out of creamer. They did not replace the food that was already gone unless you asked for it. The water in the pool was cloudy. Rooms were too small. Won’t stay there again for the amount of money we paid.

Check in was very easy. Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable about hotel and restaurants etc. in the area. Room was very clean and comfortable. Overall stay was great. Enjoyed the variety of items offered for the Continental Breakfast.

Should not be part of the "Marriot Family". Dirty, shaggy, janky accomodations. Elevator aged and DANGEROUS. Indoor pool freezing and poorly cleaned. Food was beyond cheap microwavable. YOU CAN HEAR ABSOLUTELY EVERYTHING IN SURROUNDING ROOMS. CONVERSATIONS, COUGHING, TV'S KEEP US UP ALL NIGHT.

The hotel was nice. The only complaint I have was there was no outlets by the bed on either side. I'm surprised as most Marriott properties are more in line with technology in regards to having outlets on the coffee tables.
