I did like the privacy and the quiet as I was i one of the 'houses". The covered chairs on the beach were great as I enjoy being on the beach but cannot be in the sun for long. While I liked the convenience of the places to eat, I did not like the prices. Also, the staff at the front desk were not as friendly as the staff out front who were happy to help. It felt as if some of the staff resented people who were staying there as being "wealthy". I was there as the parent of a Ross student and it was a huge and unusual expense for me to stay somewhere that nice as I needed to stay somewhere clean and safe.

Nothing out the ordinary. Marriott should really invest some money in this property and modernize it. It’s extremely old and outdated. Overall the food options were good and the staff was amazing.

I loved this property, the next time we’re in St Kitts we will definitely stay there. The staff and everyone were so friendly, and there was a very quick response to any issues we had like AC not working properly maintenance was there in a jiffy. Another plus was the dining choices and the food was great. I give 5 stars for the service we received. We chose the all inclusive package and there are some items that weren’t included like room service or premium liquors, overall we were pleased since I’m more of a foodie than a drinker. They gave us a list of what was and wasn’t included in our package so a quick read will ensure you not receive additional charges for items that are not included in the package.

The property is extremely huge but not much to do on the resorts. Also, I waa looking for nightly entertainment.

The staff had a welcoming and charming approach throughout. The stay was comfortable and relaxing with a wonderful view.

A quiet and restful weekend Breakfast was amazing The pools were clean and well taken care of.

We have stayed here twice before. I can't believe how Marriott has let this hotel go down. I understand things have been hard in the hotel business but for a large chain like Marriott I expected better. Dinner was horrible and the service even worse. Only one out of four elevators was working. All water features were out of order. Our A/C leaked in our room. Half the time we got replacement coffee for the coffee maker half not. They charged my credit card for my room even though I had prepaid They arranged our COVID tests for return home but we had to get up at 5:30am to be downstairs at 6:00 to stand in line with 25 other people. Just poor management.
