弗雷斯諾西北拉昆塔溫德姆套房飯店(La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Fresno Northwest)

I’m a LaQuinta fan but not this one. It was extremely noisy all night long with frequent trains, trucks, big equipment. Racetrack type car, noise, and a very loud air-conditioning unit in my room. I have also found the mattresses in LaQuinta’s to be extremely comfortable, but not this one. My disappoin**ents were a surprise, considering that I think this is a fairly new LaQuinta. The breakfast area is nicely designed, but very poorly organized as to food and utensil placement, cups, etc. This is all specially inconvenient for me as I am semi handicapped and use either a walker or a mobility scooter. Parking and access is good as it is just off the freeway and quite convenient in that regard. On my next travel I will stay in Modesto/Salida LaQuinta instead as I have many times before, and never been disappointed in anyway.

Staff was Courteous and let me check in early. I got a jetted tub and as soon as i checked in i wwnt to use it. About 10 minutes after getting into the tub someone tried to enter the room. Luckily i had locked the lach lock and they were not able to enter. The door also did not shut all the way and was not secure when I left the room. You could just push it open.

I originally reserved the room to stay for 1 night but changed my mind and that same evening asked the front desk guy if I can stay for another night and he assured me that it will be no problem at all and I can keep my room and the same price for the second night as well. He asked me to pay for the extended stay, which was completely fine by me, but I forgot my wallet upstairs, so he told me not to worry and simply pay in the morning at the front desk. Next morning when I approached the front desk to pay, there was another person and when I was about to pay for the extended stay, she notified me that the room is not available anymore and they are fully booked. Funny thing is that she told me that she saw the note that was left by the front desk personnel from the previous night and she completely ignored it. So, they simply gave away my room, even though I put the request to extend my stay for one more night. I end up staying at a different hotel in the same area that night which was a hustle and caused me to waste a lot of time instead of enjoying my mini vacation.

While my stay was standard, one constant annoyance was that all doors, externally and internally, did not close quietly. I couldn't tell if the door frame is swollen or not aligned correctly. Creating extra sounds with young children and dogs was not ideal for the holiday travels.

We checked in never went to the room when we returned that evening we walked into our suite immediately opening the door about 5 or 6 baby roaches came out from under the threshold the couch looked dirty with stains. Went to the desk the guy was embarrassed and wanted to give us another room. I told him im sorry we cant stay here. Must be under new management we stayed there before years ago it was very clean in the past. Its been recently painted door would stick and whoever painted did a sloppy job. Color is not nice made hallways and rooms look dark. It was colored deep purple. I have never walked out of a hotel room. We were kindly given a refund.

My stay was a horrible experience. When walking in, the smell within the hotel room was overwhelming, bathroom lights were always flickering, and then roaches were crawling inside my baby bottles which I had to through away. There were more roaches in the bathroom’s shower tub.

Cuando hice el check in de las dos habitaciones reservadas solo contaban con una disponible entonces tuve que pagar mas dinero por otra habitación pues es hora no iba a buscar otros hotel donde hospedarme. Además el acceso al hotel por reparaciones en el camino es un poco complejo. La condición general de la s habitaciones son muy buenas.

I did not stay at this property, the rooms were not clean and the location was not very safe. I could not cancel via ******* app because of the timing.

The deadbolt on the room door didn't work.. None of the doors in the suite would close because they were all framed incorrectly.
