Amazing room very clean and very comfortable bed, & pillows!! Staff was supper friendly and so helpful needed to change dates with no question were very helful and got it all worked out for our stay! Thank you ladies!!

Very nice stay. Room was clean and seemed fairly new. My only negative thought was that the bathroom lighting was a bit dark and was difficult to see when applying makeup. Every staff member we came in contact with were helpful and friendly. Nice pool and hot tub area. We ate at the on site restaurant and food was good. Would definitely stay there again if the opportunity would arise.

A notice was posted at the registration desk warned incoming guests not to drink the water due to repairs to the water supply system. Coffee was available to guests in the lobby, but bottled water was not provided or offered to guests. The desk clerk said that she was "out" of the $5 discount vouchers for our breakfast in the restaurant and that the staff did not accept hand-written ones. "Sorry"

A well maintained hotel/******. The room was excellent and the bathroom was spacious and above average in decor and fixtures. Bed was comfy and AC worked like a charm. Smoke free ****** so one isn’t assaulted with smoke traveling through it in and out of the hotel. Lady at checkout was super friendly and gave us vouchers for a discount on breakfast at the adjoining restaurant. Only negative was a snafu in billing which has now been straighten out. All in all a pleasant stay for a night on the road.

We waited for over an hour for the front desk attendant to check us in, after numerous calls and even contacting *******, we were finally greeted with security who issued us room keys, but had to keep a physical card so they could complete the check in at a later time. Totally unacceptable and probably the last time i stay at this establishment!

The rooms and hotel and ****** are all very nice and clean and new. There aren’t that many people in the ****** even though the hotel was completely booked. Dining options are very limited at the hotel but Lander is 8 miles away and has great breakfast and dinner options. There is an electric hook up for EV autos. The hotel rooms are well appointed and well put together.

The pool was closed Mon and Tues yet no one was there using it. The gaming floor had no table games. The bar was never open. The restaurant was average. On the plus side the room was absolutely great. Despite the other short comings I would stay again for the room knowing I needed to go to town to eat and any entertainment.

We had a great stay at the Shoshone Rose. Room was clean, well appointed, and quiet. The staff was friendly and check in and out was a breeze. It was an excellent value for a motel room in Wyoming during the height of tourist season. Lander was beautiful, we will be back.

From all appearances, a non-smoking hotel/******. Great views to the east from our immaculate room on the 3rd floor. Would definitely stay here if we ever travel through this area again - which is likely.
