The overall experience at this facility was one of a kind. The check in was pretty good and I was surrounded by local business and banking which made my trip a breeze. I will definitely visit again.

No hot water and safe was broken. Pillows were really old. Otherwise, it was reasonably cheap and comfortable.

I liked that the property was in Town. I could walk to food places n store. What i didn't was the air conditioner was on a Timer. Everytime it stop it interrupted my sleep.

I really enjoyed the activities staff, Karla Escobar, Fernando Chan, Elias coconut. They were so fun and helpful. We also enjoyed the food at the El Conquistador. The service there was exceptional too. We highly recommend this resort to everyone coming to Cancun, Mexico this year!
