My stay was great! Although when I went to check in I was informed someone had already checked in under my name.. and I was traveling alone. It was a bit sketchy. They changed my room quickly and fixed the issue!

Overall a nice place to stay. Easy access to 495 is a boon for getting around Massachusetts. Plenty of dining opportunities within a short distance. Management should be a bit more aware of what is happening. Breakfast ran out of some items that were never restocked during my stay.

Brandon at the front desk was absolutely amazing to deal with. Amazing customer service and a refreshing pleasant attitude. The stay at the hotel was great. The room was clean and had great wifi

This place was great, I was disappointed by breakfast. I was use to Marriot properties serving veggie sausage patties and all they had was jimmydean, vegan here. Hotel was very clean and staff was very friendly. I stayed 9 nights and had difficulty getting my room clean halfway through, you know empty trash replenish toilet paper,etc. It took several requests. I will most definitely be back!

First toom to which we were assigned smelled musty and had damp carpeting. Following a fire alarm at 2:00 a.m. that lasted until about 3:00, the hotel was unable to reset the strobing light in our room and we asked to be reassigned. We were moved to a second room that smelled worse and was in terrible repair - ceiling peeling, rust on all grab bars, towel racks and vent covers and apparent mold on the wall in the bathroom under the sink. The general manager was rude and intent on making this my problem, not the Fairfield's. I would sleep in my car before returning to this place, which does not live up to the Marriott name.

The property was ok, could use an update. Everything was just okay. I waited over 35 minutes at an empty check in desk. The house keeping staff does an amazing job in all public areas. Not likely to stay there again.

The grounds as far landscaping needs to get done. ****s were growing from the ground and not keep along with the grass not cut. Curb appeal needs to be worked on. Also the sign in the front was broken as you are going to the far right of the property to make a left or right. The name was not displayed on one side. Also, in our tub was a glue like material that looked like dirt and was not able to be cleaned or removed. Please have someone remove it as it was unacceptable and looks like dirt. Room 302. Thank you and breakfeast could have been better with more of a variety. Otherwise all else was good. Thank you.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The room we had was actually a 2 room suite with 2 tv’s and a sectional sofa. It was more than we expected. Would stay here again when in the area.

Overall, no huge issues, however the quality of the hotel was subpar. There is a need for repairs and a general freshening up that is sorely needed. Beds were very comfortable and the best part of the experience.
