希爾頓歡朋飯店-富蘭克林米爾福德(Hampton Inn Franklin/Milford)

We booked a 2 queen bed room for 3 adults through ******* which our confirmation shows, however When we checked in they said and showed us that the reservation sent to them from ******* was for 1 king. Not okay for 3 adults. Very upsetting and caused a lot of problems.

Voltamos neste hotel alguns dias depois de nossa primeira hospedagem e finalizamos nossa viagem aos EUA. Um agradecimento a toda a equipe pelo atendimento e pelo carinho e em especial ao funcionário Gedeilson que nos atendeu em nossas necessidades. Esperamos voltar em outra oportunidade.

Went through ******* to get a cheaper rate but then when you get to the hotel they charge you again put amenities they said it was for food and for phone calls told him I didn’t need this they said it doesn’t matter so I was charged again and then if they find nothing was used or phone calls made then they would credit my card but it would probably take 3 to 5 business days for me not using anything not happy because if I had just went in and put a rented the room right from the hotel I would’ve only gotten the one charge that I went to ******* for This is what I was told not happy with her attitude

Met some people at breakfast and found out their room was over $100. less than what I paid for each of the two rooms I booked. Left an awefully bad taste in my mouth!

Facility was nicely run by competent people at the front desk, the rooms were clean, the lobby area was well maintained with a nice 24 hour little snack bar… and my only complaint was that the Wi-Fi was difficult to access and was very weak.

The over all stay was okay but I would not recommend this place unless you like sleeping on a rock. I tossed and turned all night because I couldn’t get comfortable and the next day my whole body hurt.

The staff was very professional and friendly. Dining area and room very clean and well kept. I would definitely stay here again.

Clean room with all the amenities. Very convenient and excellent breakfast. We’ll be coming back whenever we visit the area
