住宿方回覆: Hey Sunshine,thank you so much for sharing your thoughts on your stay with us.We really appreciate feedback from our guests as it helps us to keep learning and improving. However, some of the points you mention though are things we're consciously doing differently to other hotels, For instance the layout of our rooms and the way that they're furnished. This is all part of our Lean Luxury approach. By cutting out things that not all guests want, we're able to offer central locations, characterful design and top-notch comfort with a touch of luxury – all at a great price. Nevertheless, we understand that our approach may not be everyone's cup of tea, but we’ve deliberately decided not to be all things to all people.We hope you understand and will give us another chance to impress you on your next visit to Frankfurt.Your Ruby Louise Team
