great service，clean, and quiet

Hotel was a bit out of the city but well worth it. Check in was easy. Our room was fabulous. The girl at the front desk offered us the sauna at a low fee, also well worth it as it was freezing. We really enjoyed that. Slept well, quiet room, super comfortable bed. Breakfast was delicious with plenty to offer. I can’t wait to stay here again, I’ll definitely be back

Extremely poor hotel even not worth1 ⭐️ 1- WC is in room hans’t air conditioner you need to small what passed. 2- beds are not even single size you could easily fell down. 3- when you’re settled on the middle of the bed it bends up like boat 🚤 4- we had extremely cold room heating system was broken we asked for heater they have no one!!! We made complaint still waiting to manager to respond after 2 days. 5- we were charged €25 for breakfast which was only few cheeses and sausage, that you can buy cross the hotel from Lidl for €5. 6- cushions were extremely low quality and dirty. 7- pillows were smaller than cover( maybe they thought that you can wear it in winter😡 Never back again 😡

Dieses Hotel ist eine Katastrophe… Wir fragen uns wirklich wie die ganzen positiven Bewertungen zu Stande kommen. Auf dem Bett waren Striche von Eding, Nachts war es sehr laut… Knallende Türen und grölende Leute. Nie wieder dieses Hotel. Wir sind sogar einen Tag früher abgereist als geplant…

We stayed in the Naam hotel for business, and we were there only over night. Althought we had not, there is a possibility of taking breakfast and other meals in the hotel. The stuff is kind, and the hotel is clean. Bus stop is 2-3 min away, and a tram stop cca 10 minutes walking.

Hotel an sich sehr schön und Preis/Leistung gut. Jedoch sind die Zimmer zum Innenhof liegend laut. Zumindest als ich da war. Leute saßen spät abends und haben sich laut unterhalten. Parkplätze gibt es sehr wenige vom Hotel. Da es Wohgebiet ist, gibt es kaum bis keine Parkplätze in der näheren Umgebung (außer man hat wirklich Glück).

Good value for money!! but when we arrived to hotel at midnight and room it was really really cold! They opened to window and didn’t close we sleep 19 degrees at room in December!!

Staff was friendly and helpful. Room very nice, just like photos but a few wall scuffs. Property lovely, wish I had visited the sauna. Parking limited!
