Great location. Staff treated us like a family during our entire stay. Kitchen staff are very cautious about food allergies and made accommodations. Highly recommended.

The walls in this hotel are very thin, so don’t expect to sleep if you have loud neighbours or a snorer! The shower was really hard to work, it was not clear how to use it and there were a few black hairs in the bathroom. - Upon entering the room, the window (next to the car park) was wide open. It was hard to close this, which I wished to do so for security reasons because there were men in the car park. - While checking in, the receptionist spoke my room number out loud. There were people in the lobby who would have heard my room number. This is not best practice for hotels for security reasons. There wasn’t anyone at reception when I wanted to check out in order to raise these concerns. I emailed the hotel about these issues but no apology was provided. I wouldn’t recommend staying here. There are better hotels in Salisbury at a similar price.

We met staff at Reception, in bar, and at breakfast and all those staff we met were very friendly and helpful. Our room was spacious and very clean. Breakfast had lots of choice and was excellent. Wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

We booked five rooms (we're a theatre company and were working at Salisbury Playhouse). Everyone enjoyed their rooms and spacious bathrooms and drinks in the bar were relaxed and pleasant. The breakfast was total triumph and a vegan colleague was given lots of excellent options. We'll be staying again.

Lovely Hotel in a good location within Salisbury to access the city with many great places to visit. Small but comfortable room with all the normal facilities. Excellent breakfast. Good value and would stay here again.

Friendly staff, nice breakfast, well situated. The room in the older part of the hotel was well kitted out although the bathroom had a quirky narrow layout. We stayed in December and the room was heated by the wall mounted air conditioner (AC). On the first night we turned the AC off overnight and woke very cold in the morning. On the second night we ran the AC overnight on a low heat setting but found it very drying. When I mentioned this at check out, the staff said that we could have requested an electric heater (no mention of that in the room). Apparently all the hotel bedrooms are heated by AC although the bar / breakfast room had radiators. I am sure that AC is great in the summer but we found it very drying to use as a heater in the winter
