紅木國家舒適套房飯店(Comfort Inn & Suites Redwood Country)

객실이 매우 넓고 욕실 수압이 높아 사용하기 편리함. 관광지가 아닌 지역 특성 때문인지, 호텔 주변 편의시설이나 조식은 다소 아쉬운 편임.

We were put in a room that was wheel chair access with a black, smelly rubber mat and black hair in shower and under mat! The "shear" curtains, in the room where literally shredded! we went to the front desk to let them know what conditions were, and that we were not responsible for the shredded curtains and better not be charged. We will never stay with Comfort Inn again! a lot of money for what you get!!!!!

The hotel advertises a pool and spa, these apparently have not been in services for 6 months yet they appear to be unable to update their website. This was very disappointing after a long road trip with the kids and being unable to unwind in this way. I think the kids staying above us with loud feet could have also benefited from getting some energy out in a pool. The front desk offered a half-hearted apology but nothing else for this inconvenience and false advertising.

Very dirty room and lots of spider in the corners, even some dead on the floor. Also corner of the windows from outside were covered with spiders on the web that you couldn't open the window. my kids were so scared that had hard time to sleep.

Hugely disappointing experience, from not getting the room shown in the description (chose the higher priced room for its advertised configuration); to not having use of the pool (we chose this hotel for its indoor pool, only to find that both the pool and hot tub were closed from earthquake damage even though their pictures remain active on the ********** site); to having the water turn cold just minutes into our first shower. Plusses: great restaurant across the parking lot and the manager was very pleasant. Still, cannot recommend...too many things went wrong.

Very comfortable room but could use some touch painting in the rooms and in the hallway. Pool and spa were very nice and clean. We would definitely stay here again.

Very terrible experience, our first room had black mold. When we reported it we were taken to a room that had a horrible odor to it and the room was extremely dusty.

Very nice, very clean, very quite. Stayed here a few times and will stay here again. Very nice staff.

Our room had a terrible smell that would not go away.
