種族歧視的酒店！過去的十年裡去過很多國家，住過很多酒店，有史以來最種族歧視的前台接待, 垃圾中的垃圾！

The check-in process was too strict, everyone having to use photo identification which hasn't happened before as not everyone has a driver's licence or "proof of age card" hence or passport hence? Apartment had too many"mod cons" as the stove top & washing machine & dryer were so hard to use!! The price when it wasn't the festive season (it'd end)was too expensive also. The bed was too hard especially when people have chiropractic requirements as well. The oven didn't work as well as I'm used to either.

Attempted to provide feedback via email as noted in email from hotel prior to submitting review, email sent and bounced. Room request not met or discussed, lovely and spacious - bathroom appliances were nice touch. Mattresses in our room were awful.

Surprised my partner with a night away for his birthday and we had a wonderful time. We stayed in the 1 bedroom executive apartment. The bed was comfortable, kitchen and bathroom spacious with modern decor and room was very clean and tidy with a gorgeous city view from our balcony. The location is also perfect as it’s not too central but close to everything you could need. We will definitely be back- (hopefully sooner rather than later)

Am blown away at how good this place is. Its like a combination of the best hotel features with an apartment suite.
Upmarket style & feel as well as having everything from new smart tv, hot choc, dryer, cooktop, separate lounge & bedroom yo even a spare powerboard.Will b back!

Beautiful apartments. Amazing location. Can’t wait to go back. Friendly easy check in. Lovely amenities. So easy to walk to James St and the Valley. Really made the weekend super special and romantic.
