伯利森希爾頓惠庭飯店(Home2 Suites by Hilton Burleson)

This was the worst experience that I have ever had. Could not use the paid reservation because room was booked in my Company's name instead of my name Could not call to change or add my name to the reservation. Each time I called and was prompted to English speaking input was directed to a foreign language. Ended up have to pay at the hotel out of pocket. My name is Elijah Demerson. I booked in my name, gave my email address paid with paypal. Don't even know how my company's name got involved other than in my email. Hated this.

This hotel was exceptionally clean, as I’m sure most of it has to do with the fact that it relatively brand new. And the staff was cleaning continuously. The rooms are quiet and very comfortable! The bed and the pillows were the most comfy I’ve ever slept in and the room gets super dark when you pull the shades, even in the middle of the day. Our room had just a shower, it would’ve been nice to have a shower tub combo, but all in all I will give this room and hotel five stars! The location is ideal for shopping and restaurants close by. And also, it’s on the outskirts of Ft. Worth, so traffic isn’t too terrible getting around. Breakfast was good and had a decent selection, waffles, eggs, bacon, oa**eal, yogurt, cereal, muffins, juice, and coffee. Negative: Pool was freezing! I thought for an indoor pool it would be heated…

My room was huge! Decorated in awesome colors!

It was a very nice hotel. We were in the first floor close to the front desk. Walls were a little thin but it was nice.

Bed was hard as asphalt and breakfast was of very poor quality. I expect nothing but the best when dealing with a Hilton branch. This was my first and definitely last time staying at a Home 2 by Hilton

Property was new, clean and comfortable. The Peloton was out of service and no one could say when it would be working. The gym was hot and had music that couldn't be quieted. We highly recommend this property. Great breakfast and water fill station. Staff was so nice.
